I guess I don't fit their demographic, but at a size 6 I am thinner than many young girls there. I also find their clothes WAY overpriced and the quality does not reflect the price. More than once I have found things to not wash well or the wear prematurely. Considering the staff is on commission, I am always shocked how I am overlooked.

I dug out the receipt yesterday (Oct 4) and sadly noted that returns need to be made within 60 days of purchase. I reluctantly headed to the store to see if at the very least they might be able to tell me what went wrong and let me know if there was a policy for returning to the manufacturer (and fully expecting to have to buy a new one). I came in and was greeted right away by the clerk who abandoned a vendor rep (giving his latest pitch) to talk to me. After relaying my story to her she said "we'll replace it - let me just make sure we have the same one". She found it under the counter and after signing the appropriate paperwork I was on my way. I was impressed. Granted it was only 1.5-2 weeks past the "due date" on being able to do returns, but there are many stores that would hide behind that marker and tell you "too bad, so sad". Kudos to the store, the clerk and the policy that allowed her to make the call to "break the rule".
