I have been a true customer as I usually go here to purchase all my shoes. Recently that has changed. Thanks to the employee named I believed was named Laurie. From the moment I walked in, I could feel her watching me. Not in a helpful, friendly way. She was clearly profiling me. Then, without any cause or reason, she had the audacity to look in my bag because she thought I was stealing??? I was doing nothing wrong, or even thinking about it. I was just shopping like everyone else. Her actions were not only completely UNPROFESSIONAL, but also clearly racist. It's disgusting and unacceptable to be treated like a criminal based on my appearance. Shame on Famous Footwear for employing someone like this, I can say that the rest of the employees were actually nice. Other than that, I won't be back, unless they can hire someone else more friendly.

We walked in and expected to be greeted, like any retail store. However, the employees were all too busy chatting to one another and even one was too focused on her phone. It has been my pleasure to work with Jack, he is always prompt in answering all my questions. Jack and the staff at Billerica Sportswear have gone above and beyond for us for the past 2 years and we WILL be ordering our T-shirts from him next year!

I was in and out and grandpa I'm guessing,put the tube on for me right there and I was out in 20 mins. Long story short they had a bunch of bike parts some I've never seen. it's a small shop so keep that in mind. but they were the only shop around that had what I needed without ordering it and I left with a smile and had a good convo with the two and I'll definitely be back. if you need something take a look and go from there

I'm looking at the wall of hats behind the counter and never asked if I need help. The counter lady did however Asist the other gentleman behind me with his selections and refund a hat off that wall. she completely over looked me, like I wasn't there at all. I just walked out after 5 min of building rage rather than react. The guy I was overlooked for was in faded pink head to toe, new hat and all. She completely complimented his outfit too,,so this chick remembers the customer. I was in jeans, and a dark coral bull shirt needing a hat for my messy mop of hair. I frequented this store 1/4 mile or less from home and one in Lawrence . I'll Never ever return to that location again. Perhaps the store in general. Because I found what I wanted for 1/2 the price in line same day from another sporting good store. 15 year customer lost.
