I went to four or five therapists in the Lewiston-Clarkston area and only two are worth mentioning. The therapy department at St Josephs Hospital in Lewiston which I consider fully adequate but then my hands down favorite is Twin Rivers PT in Clarkston. They are skilled, effective, supportive, and while they do take care of business, they give me the impression they aren't in this just for the bucks. Dare I use the word "dedicated". OK so I don't trust 100% reviews either so let's see.... The background music is just off the air and usually sucks. Take your headphones and small radio. Also (compared to other PT places) the women don't dress like they are heading to a cocktail party. OBTW, when your regular therapy program is over you can go back for a very affordable Wellness Program. You are allowed to use the equipment but without the usual therapist's attentiveness. Also, the deal is that you avoid their busy hours. Still, this a really nice touch.

However, my experience at Dynamic Physical Therapy was particularly unpleasant. I don't remember the name of head physical therapist, but she was quite short with me and her staff, a poor communicator about my exercises, and wasn't very empathetic towards my pain. I will NOT be returning to Dynamic PT, and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

I lived in another state so could not be there to take care of her but they were very good about calling me and keeping me informed of everything going on with her. She transferred to this facility from another facility in another part of the state and the care at Orchards Rehabilitation & Care Center was so much better than she had received elsewhere.
