Went there Sunday to see how much it would cost to have my heels cobbled, was quoted $25 + tx, came…read moreback Tuesday to have said shoes cobbled (I was wearing them on Sunday), was told it would be $35, I told him about Sunday and was told that that guy working was new and that it's always been 35 to exchange the heels. Ok... people make mistakes, I guess, got the shoes back on Friday. Went back today to see how much it would be to get the soles changed, was quoted 35, but the guy behind me came to get his heels changed and was told it would be $25 (not the new guy, the guy who charged me 35 quoted him 25...). | was stunned, I reminded him that he charged me 35, he didn't remember, told me to change the heels has always been 25... I took the shoes and 35 back, went to the place in Cote St Luc (next to my gym), was quoted 30 to exchange the soles and 15 to exchange the heels.... tl;dr Bad business, good con men, why too overpriced ($15 vs $35, $30 vs $35)
