Had to wait a bit whilst salesman finished with customers but you expect that these days, nice little waiting area with papers, coffee etc. Thats where the positive review ends. Let husband do test drive but the salesman failed to ask me if I wanted to drive it at any point and also made to sit in the back. Despite ringing and saying we wanted a business leaseplan the day before spent 20 mins telling us we should get a personal plan but couldn't justify why when we can offset the business lease against tax and VAT. Really lost interest in us as soon as he realised - one assumes he makes no money on a business lease. You could visually see him switch off.

I would never deal with this place for as long as I live! I called them to arrange viewing a car i saw advertised on the website, was told to come on down for a test drive. I arrived less than 15 minutes later, and was told that no one could take me out for a test drive as they only had 1 member of staff in the building. I thought that was appaling to be honest, seeing as id called them and been told to go in! The young man then started to give me the over rehearsed reasons as to why i shoudl be buying the ost expensive, ridiculou scar they could have found me. I personally found them all quite rude, and not very well trained, and unable to answer the simplest of questions!

Found the sales man very interested in my needs, took me for a test drive and bascially sold the 206 to me. When i came to collect the car there was a paint chip on the boot which i had a few issues with but eventually this was resolved. Overall the customer service was great, they did all they could to resolve the issues. Would recommend buying a car from here

More customer oriented than some other dealerships I have been to. The post purchase car services were not as expert as I would have liked for a dedicated dealership, but things have probably changed since I used them. But for a buying experience, I would happily recommend the garage as useful visit if you happen to be interested in their range of cars.
