For the amount of walking we need to do when visiting amazing places abroad, I'm not going to be traipsing around in sky high boots or heels or stacked anything. I'm more about comfort. I'm not in Europe to snag a cute guy during the stint either (well, maybe ;) the Swedes were very charming and dress so well. That being said, my mode of the horseshoe equivalent were my Superga sneakers. So even though I was set to go and had no interest in adding more weight to my suitcase, this is the shop for every sneaker fanatic. This store is dedicated to sneakers and sneakers only. Curious? They carry them.....right down to vintage sneakers. Prepare to be wowed and feel free to take a peek. There is a reason why they are known to be the biggest sneaker shop in the area. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable and open to inquiries.

I received the shoes just an hour ago and am a very happy camper. No dents in the box and shoes are in deadbox condition. I was looking for a big sweater since I did not come adequately prepared for the sudden cold (low 30's in the evenings). Primark is like your local Ross store but a step lower since about 80% of the clothing/accessories/shoes are not brand names, but I was surprised at how inexpensive yet trendy some of the items were. For example, they had a sale on men's jeans for 7 Euro. I purchased a scarf that was inexpensive but good luck if you need to try on anything. This store was packed to the brim. Inexpensive, good variety of items, and filled with a majority of locals from the other side of Brussels, if you understand the meaning.
