Awful awful awful! Unhelpful staff, if you can find any, dreadful quality clothes, loads of tat and goods are often dirty or damaged from being dropped and dragged all over the shop floor. It's a cheap sports goods shop that is part of a national chain. The shop sell all types of sporting goods and clothing including football, golf, cricket, tennis, snooker etc. They also sell a wide range of trainers although can regularly be out of popular sizes. The prices are cheap and some lesser known brand are so cheap it's ridiculous but in all fairness you get what you pay for. read more

The first time my husband wanted to go in this shop, I groaned but in the end I spent more than him !! It's a huge shop stocking everything you would expect in sport and leisure wear, but what surprised me is the huge selection of women's wear and kid's clothes. You could kit out your little girls in top to toe Barbie clothes - not just Tshirts and tracksuits but jeans, skirts, ... and it's all really cheap. Look out for the fluorescent green labels, that's 70% off the RRP. There are some lovely bits if you look hard enough but it's not very kid-friendly so it can be a nightmare trying to get around the narrow aisles with a pushchair. read more

Stocks all manner of sporting goods, clothes and trainers at heavily discounted prices, as part of a national chain. Although you can get a lot for your money the goods are often of poor quality, the shopping experience is dreadful (goods stacked/hung so higgldy piggldy you can never find what you want) and it's almost impossible to get any form of staff assistance. A very unpleasant experience in all, however to clothe young or teen lads its ideal as they wreck their clothes on an almost daily basis and at these prices thats no biggy. Cheap shop, but you get what you pay for, goods sometimes have started to unravel before you have even got them out of the bag! Sometimes looks like a glorified jumble sale, far too many clothes everywhere, stacked high, impossible to get a push chair around the shop, or a wheelchair. Amazing for a shop that has so many pairs of trainers on display i am unable to get whatever i want because it is out of stock!! read more

Cheap sports shop, sells a variety of branded clothes, however some appear to be rejects?? Clothes are stacked everywhere, their stock is massive in fact way too big for the premises, to the point where it puts me off going in there as its a constant fight. A definate no go area with a wheelchair or a push chair. Staff are on the whole disinterested. read more

This is a large sports shop in the Arndale Centre. It has quite a good range of clothes and trainers plus some specialist equipment for golf, tennis, squash and more. It is fairly cheap and has got some nike, addidas etc but the bulk of the clothes are either cheap, poor quality or unknown makes. The range of trainers are pretty good and good prices. There are some good bits to be had and is worth a look. read more
