Scheduled a detail for my jeep wrangler this past Saturday. The detail job was okay but a lot of…read moredirt on the inside of the hard top was missed. The back floor mats were not completely cleaned. I expected cleaning of the under carriage to be included as well, but there was still mud caked on. Its an older jeep so I didn't expect it to be perfect, but I did expect all the dirt and mud to be removed. But the main reason for the 3 stars was the guy in the office, David. When I dropped off the jeep he confirmed my phone number and said he would call me as soon as it was ready. I was told it would be a 7-8 hour job and to drop it off no later than 10am. We dropped it off at roughly 9:30am, so I figured it might take them til later in the day to complete, but when it got to be 4:45pm with no call, I decided to call and check because they close at 5pm. When I called he just said "Oh... yeah it's ready." Like how in the world was I supposed to know that if you don't call or text me??? If I hadn't called then I guess they would have just kept it til Monday since they are closed on Sundays? Idk. When we arrived to pick it up, I got no apology, no explanation. Was just told to sign off on the paperwork and he handed me the keys. I was so irritated I was just ready to leave so I didn't check what kind of job they did until I got home. (I know now I should've checked before we left). Not calling your customers when their vehicles are ready is completely unacceptable and careless. I need my vehicle for my job. And if he had given a simple explanation for not calling, an apology or even just a simple "my bad" I wouldn't have left his review and would have given them 5 stars. The worst part is my parents were kind enough to get me a gift card for the detail, so it was very frustrating when they just did an okay job. I had considered bringing our other two vehicles in to them for full details if they had done a good job, but we will go elsewhere. Update: I posted this review on Google first and the owner responded saying that they were still working on it at closing and they tried to call me twice but I never answered. David confirmed my phone number with me before I left the building after dropping it off that morning. He literally read my number back to me to confirm that it was correct and it was. And he returned a call to me a few days prior when I had questions about their services and scheduled the appointment. So the whole "we tried to call you twice" excuse is complete and total bullshit. I never received a single phone call from him. And if my vehicle wasn't ready and still being worked on at closing, then why was I told it was ready when I called at 4:45pm? Why didn't you say anything? Instead he could've said something along the lines of "It's just about ready but it took us a little longer than expected." Or "if you head up here it should be ready by the time you arrive or at X time"? How hard is that? And I should not have to go back in and address why it was not done properly. It should have been done properly for being there for over 7 hours in the first place. This was not a 7 hour detail job. I don't think they seem to understand how much damage blaming their customers for a poor quality job and unprofessionalism does to their business credibility. The owner's response just proves their lack of professionalism and accountability. I'm not going to sit here and argue, this was simply the (first and now last) experience I had. If the owner chooses to basically call their customers liars and point the finger elsewhere, then that's their problem. Due to their response I will now let everyone I know to stay away from this place. Good luck to them if they continue treating their customers this way. Would give zero stars if I could.
