Bryan came out and did a great job of clearing out my gutters. He and his partner also did a tremendous job of the cleanup afterwards. It is super important to keep your gutters clear otherwise, the water doesn't flow and can damage your roof/ceilings (speaking from experience). As good as Miguel and Angel are, I will never use this company again. Henry told me at 11:30 I was the next customer. At 3, Alberto said they were on their way. Two minutes before 4 Alberto asked if I wanted to cancel, and said my appointment time was between 10 and 4, so they were not late. Obviously, I was deceived. They showed at one minute before 4. Didn't bring hoses. Good thing I have long hoses, front and back. Miguel and Angel did a fantastic job and cleaned up well. I wrote a check on a Wednesday and by Monday it still hasn't been cashed. I called and Henry informed me they can hold it for 90 days. Really. Well, I can choose to never use them again. Do not blame your technicians, John. Sadly, they've changed. (But happily, we found great gutter cleaners for $100 less.) This is what I did not like: 1. Spotless would not book us until we put our credit card info ON-LINE, or texted it to them. (even tho we are repeat customers) Given all the hacking and scams, these options are not safe IMHO. 2. Before booking, I mentioned that their cleaners left filthy gutter content in our yard last year. And requested that they not do that. I was told that they have to. (why not bag it and haul it off?) So we decided to pass on Spotless this year. It took a while, but we found a great cleaning service that charged a lot less than Spotless. For a gutter company their crew seems to know nothing! They damaged my gutter and did not do a flush leaving leaves in the gutters on the first visit. Called to have them return to replace their damage to my gutter is they remove the extension on the second visit leaving my gutter facing into the ground, really! Third visit after I have to tell them what to do they add an arm that they damaged. Find out they never flushed the gutters on the first visit. Honestly I do not trust them at this point and am concerned there will be more damage on the fourth visit to flush that should have been done the first time! I needed to replace an 8' piece of aluminum capping that blew off the second story of the house last week with the strong winds. I also wanted to replace 20" of leader that burst when it filled up with water, leaves and debris over the winter. I checked Yelp for reviews and for the first time ended up using the app to upload 2 pictures of the storm damaged work that needed to be done. Within an hour (Saturday morning) Nicole from the office called and said that she'd have Victor contact me shortly. Sure enough, Victor called me and asked if I could send the 2 pictures to his mobile phone which I did. He promptly sent me a quote on my phone of $375 plus tax and said that he could have his men to the house on Monday. Victor and I also had a brief discussion on the phone. I wanted to know if they could also replace the other side of the capping if for any reason it would match better. Victor assured me that could be done for an additional $75 and he'd make sure he guys on the truck had the materials for that. Two workers arrived on Monday afternoon just as Victor had promised. I reviewed with them what needed to be done and they made it happen! They cut and shaped the white aluminum capping with a bending brake and two saw horses they set up in back of their truck. (I think this accurately described what they used.) We agreed that it was best for them to also remove and replace the other side of aluminum capping to ensure a perfect match. They were meant to turn the water on to run through the gutters which they didn't do. And they left before i got home even though I asked they wait. So it was obvious they didn't do what they said they were going to nor did the fix to the gutter solve the overflow issue When I called their office they said they would get back to me but they didn't. Five stars for the quality, four for the price but I guess cleaning a gutter is always an expensive proposition! We have used this company twice, now, and intend to continue with them to clean our gutters. (We already had excellent gutters, no need for new ones.) They are highly professional in attitude and we have gutters which are so high and dangerous to reach, so we had to hire a company and they did a thorough cleaning of badly clogged gutters last spring, and now, they just did a fall clean out, very fast (super fast) but complete. I submitted a gutter cleaning service request on their website and they called me back within 3 minutes. They had already looked up my property online and gave me the price right on the phone. Awesome. That was so fast I thought. The service guy Jimmy came the very next day. He cleaned the gutters and hosed down the entire outside of the house. The entire process took about an hour. Customer service was prompt, the cleaning was professional, and the price is reasonable. I definitely recommend. I will be using them again next year. read more

If I could give zero star, I would. They are not reliable. I called early in the morning of the day they were scheduled to come to my home, in order to get a window of time. I was told the window would be between 11:30 am-1:30. At 3 pm I received a text telling me "Wilmer" was en route. At 4:30, he hadn't arrived, so I called to ask why he hadn't arrived. Judy said my appointment was from Monday to Friday of this week. NO, it was for today, and I confirmed it with Henry, via phone, in the morning! Supposedly, the technician notified the dispatcher he wasn't coming because it got too late, but I was never notified. I wasted my day waiting for them. Quoted $229 to clean gutters, then got to the house, started work and said first that the gutters were dirty and tried to raise price to $375, and then said they didn't realize the size of the house when they gave a quote. Additionally, there was a small leak in the roof that they charged $175 for 10 minutes of work to seal with silicon caulk. I don't even know if this solves the problem. If my wife didn't already tell them to do the work I would have thrown them off the job. Avoid this company at all costs. read more

Called and the quoted 225 to clean my gutters and I thought that was too much so I asked them to come and give me a combined estimate for power washing and gutter cleaning. When they came, the person said they can't power wash the house as it would damage it, which I understand. However, he went on top of the house to look at the gutter and then said it would be more as they have to remove the gutter guards and put them back on. He called the office and then quoted me 350 for the gutter cleaning, which I promptly declined and called someone else who quoted 160 and is stuck to that once he came to do the work. read more

The company was so responsive from the very first contact about having our old and leaky gutters replaced. They sent someone out almost immediately to survey the job and we received an estimate via email that same day. The lead time was not long at all. On the day of the project, Carlos and Kevin arrived about 15 minutes prior to our window (which was perfect) and immediately got to work. They did a good job, were done in about two hours and cleaned up after themselves.
