I've been using this wash and fold service for a month. The usual person was fantastic. My laundry was done and folded and all of my laundry was there. She was out on maternity, so I still went. My clothes were brought in the morning. They were not ready till next day. I was missing pajama bottoms, two bath towels, and my underwear. The manager called after three days and pretended to look for my items. I spent a lot here. Now I'm done. Try to support local businesses. read more

Have been going here almost since opened. However, will no longer be patronizing this business. I usually go once a month, and every month it only gets worse!! Last month, every dryer I went to use was filthy and lint traps were beyond filled! Month before, the place looked like (floors, etc) wasn't cleaned in ages. Today I decided it will be the last time. It was raining, so I was unable to take a cart out to take my 2 baskets of wet clothes inside. There were 3 vehicles parked right in front....I waited in line but after 7 minutes, none of them moved so I parked and carried the baskets in, making 2 trips in the rain. Once inside, I watched and after about 5 minutes, only 1 vehicle moved. Thought parking in front was only for drop off/pick up. After approx. 20 more minutes the 2nd vehicle moved. I was there for about an HR and that 3rd vehicle was still there when I left but another recently pulled up...off me to again to carry baskets in the rain, making 2 trips to my car. I understand if there is no pkg in front due to others dropping off/ picking up, however, this morning (and I'm sure it wasn't the 1st time), it was due to others pkg there and staying there til they were finished doing their laundry. Id like to note it was not busy at the time AND the 'gentleman' in the vehicle pkd in front was NOT doing laundry but playing the machines inside!!! read more

I just had an incident where bleach went in my eyes . First of all there were no antendent to unlock the bathroom door, and secondly there wasn't no sink, so I can wash my eyes. Now I want to grab more information, so I can file a complaint. I literally had to go the vending machine and buy water just to wash my eyes out. This bad businesses. Then when I called the number to a attendant that wasn't there, she saying sorry I can't help with that. "Buy some water". Then machine not working properly smh read more

I accompanied a female friend to this establishment only to be severely disappointed they promised Free Soap but when I went to retrieve the soap the guy who was working overnight ignored me while sitting in his car even after I tapped on his car he acted as if I did not exist I don't know if that was his way of saving money for a place that is extremely expensive laundromat. She has no other choice than to come here as for me I would never return give them my hard-earned money. read more

This place is a rip off with their card system if you don't live here find somewhere else to wash your clothes. They charge you $1 for a card, then sky high prices to wash your clothes the machines have a freakin mind of their own. If I lived here I would definitely find another option it's going to cost you $11 for one load of laundry and that's just robbery. You can't get a refund if you use credit and it's $3.50 to use the ATM Why don't you just take real money like a decent business serving the community...I don't know the owner but I'd have to guess he runs this place to keep the poor people down. read more

First time here and the lady was very friendly and helpful with understanding their card load up system. Plus there's free detergent if ever I forget and the place was clean. read more
