Live in Norway, ordered a product via spreadshirt and had it delivered via UPS. I just received an unpleasant surprise from UPS (additional invoice) of NOK337, while I already paid 198 for the shirt and NOK249 for freight. Some of your customers will live in Norway, go online to find a t-shirt supplier and find you guys on top of the list via Google. Norwegian website, norwegian text, all great. Product prices are reasonable, freight prices are fair. So, quite easily convinced to order. But now, a relatively simple "fruit of the loom" t-shirt with an image, cost a whopping total of NOK447 + NOK337 = NOK784. That would be enough to buy a nice Gant sweater of shirt from Lacoste. My experience with spreashirt started very positive, and ends very very sour. I feel ripped off and not informed enough when purchasing this product. They desperately need to change their communication strategy on their Norwegian website and inform customers clearly on additional freight and toll cost, before designing a t-shirt and before processing an order of this. When buying a NOK198 product, I believe its fair enough, but also the consumers right to know, that an additional NOK337 in additional freight cost and toll is added, almost 2 times the value of the actual product. I have seen many other of your previous customers raising this point, so an amendment to your website would be strongly suggested...... read more

I ordered 25 of the same shirts and a lot of them were very different and flawed. the positioning was terrible of my graphic, and customer service was useless. I ordered two custom shirts from Spreadshirt as gifts and they both ended up being too small. (not because they run small, but I was off on my guesses of sizes) I contacted the company to see if I could exchange and they not only let me order new shirts at no cost, instead of the hassle of shipping the original ones back, I was asked to donate them in order to be 'environmentally friendly'. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?! I highly recommend this company for any custom shirts! Superior customer service. read more

i ordered three shirts in November. They have not been able to provide me a shipping or tracking #. Blamed it on postal strike? Still no sign of the shirts...i've requested either a refund or a tracking #. It was shipped pretty quickly which was nice. However the quality of the shirts and the work are terrible. I got a "premium soft shirt" it's so stiff and had no stretch to it. Looks like something I made at home. Just looks like an iron on logo. read more

Wrote 2 emails and they keep giving lame excuses (they cannot trace the package, asked to check at neighbors' - it's a company address! - offered a replacement or refund (a bit too late when the baby was already born yesterday). Disappointed before even receiving anything. Fun fact: will probably not receive the product I ordered due to the fact that no facility has any idea as to where the hoodie I bought is. I made an order for a hoodie on November 3rd. I got an email confirmation saying it was shipped November 5th and it will arrive within 8-15 business days. 15 business days pass by by now it has been 19 business days. Most may say 4 days late is no big deal and I absolutely agree but when your package is somewhere around the world with no one having any clue as to where it is. Then there's a problem. I emailed spreadshirt only to get a reply saying to call customs and call my local postal office. I got in contact with both asking if they have any idea as to where my package was. Customs had no idea where the package was as the declaration number spreadshirt gave was invalid meaning they have no such number within their systems. I contacted my local post office and they checked the number and said that my package left Sweden on November 9th and they have no idea where it is from there. That was the last information that was given. Not only is the package not here, but probably when it comes here a month later I'm still going to have to pay for the customs taxes. I asked for a refund for this horrible experience and lack of customer service but have yet to receive a reply. I highly suggest that you not only look here for reviews on shipping, quality, and everything in between but also check out google reviews as well as there are more 1's then 5's stars in general. No tracking means no one will ever know where the package is regardless if you wait for months, for all I know my package is in the middle of the ocean. If I could back in time and re-look at reviews before purchasing I would've. Very disappointed and I don't even have a product to be disappointed about. read more
