The thing that was a little confusing to me was on the contract they state they do not give back rent. I took that to mean they do not prorate any remaining monthly rent. I was 5 months ahead at $155 per month!! I moved all my belongings to Brenham right before hurricane Harvey hit. I have irreplaceable items in my unit and it holds everything I own in the world as I am between homes. I was a good customer the 5 months I was there, not once being late. If you rent here just do NOT pay ahead because they are serious and greedy, they will keep every cent they have coming to them or not.
