I cancelled my contract with this company since I am moving out of the area and asked for a refund on the remaining balance on the contract. They do not answer their phone nor respond to voice mails. I queried the national company for help and finally got a call back from this local franchise. I was told by the lady at the front desk that no one had informed her that voicemails from me had been left, she apologized and told me that upon the owners return to the office he would cut a check (approx $130). Silly me, I thought it might have been her job to listen to voicemails from customers . It had been almost three weeks and still no refund and they still do not pick up the phone nor respond to multiple messages left by me. So, what do you think, are they going to steal my money or will I see a check? I'll let all know. Got my refund after way too much time. R Elliott from Conway SC 29527 . I started the program in Feb. they came 2 times in Feb and then my lawn started to die along with a rose plant I had look it up and found out it was from over spaying. I let that go. Then they came out once in April and once in June. my lawn look worse then it did the year before and never came back in Aug. so I cancelled my contract that is about a 160.00 dollars that I should get back. I am on SSDI so every penny counts. I did talk to some one twice and I have not heard back from them.. I was going to try and let them start back in Dec. and then let them spay 2 times in the spring . But I just want a refund. if I do not here back from buy next Thursday. This company is terrible to work with. I had to cancel service after only one treatment. I asked for a refund for the balance, and they promised that they would send a check. Then they said they sent a check, but no check arrived. Bree said that when the owner got back, a check would be sent, but no check. They will not return phone calls. They will not refund the money. There is no way to get in touch with them. I have called and emailed repeatedly, but they ignore me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. read more

Had another national lawn care company for 9 years. Each year the lawn got worse. Promises made were not kept. Finally decided to try spring green. I have to say the lawn has shown improvement this year. My only issue is the poa Anna grass which spring green assures me they can eradicate. Time will tell but I have found wade, the owner to be honest and reliable. read more
