After reading the horrible reviews this morning (all 2 years and over), I thought I would leave a review myself. Our appointment was at 2:00 and we got there at 1:45 for two CT scans. They have no intention of listening to the patient, explaining things clearly, or speaking slowly. Receptionists are highly unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. Furthermore, the wait times are excessively long. Every visit is exhausting, and I strongly believe the staff requires urgent training. read more

The customer service is horrible. The staff is rude. I've been in multiple times and felt like they were annoyed I was there. They got the work done but it was an unpleasant experience. read more

This place is horrible. Receptionist and the Tech both were uncaring, unprofessional, treated me like I was a liar, a criminal, and had no empathy for my chronic low back pain. The facility is undergoing a cosmetic makeover because of water pipes busted under the floors, so the baseboards are all removed, and you can see the mold that had formed in the walls. A liar, told the tech my Spinal cord stimulator was in MRI mode, but she wanted me to show her that it was in MRI mode. I filled out the form that there was no metal on my body, but I was screened with a metal detector like a criminal. The tech showed no empathy to my chronic pain, did not give any support for my legs or neck, and did not give adequate noise limiting ear plugs. The MRI machine was also of poor quality and technologically out of date. I will not go back there and they will not be billing my insurance for it. read more

slow service and they don't share results quickly. no support on call to talk to anyone.

The people at the front desk are rude AF! They don't speak, or acknowledge you. They call your name after your seated; when the information they are requesting could've been handed to them had they spoke and or acknowledged you. None of them seemed busy or helping anyone else when I arrived. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS M.I.A here! I don't recommend coming here. read more

The process was smooth and easy I had my first mri the tech Aaron was very calming and help me feel assured everything went well

You won't find nicer people anywhere. Mammograms are about the most awkward thing ever and they are so fast, professional and kind that they take the discomfort out of it! read more

Best experience you can have when dealing with horrible pain. Late MRI appointment(FRI at 8pm). No wait. Tech was friendly and engaging. Front desk could have been a bit friendlier but she wasn't rude. read more

1st Receptionist didn't check me in when I came at 12:15. I waited until 1:04 to complain about not being seen yet. That's when I was checked in by the other receptionist. Finally seen at 1:45!! I am calling patient relations to let them know. I understand her making a mistake but made a second by not admitting it and apologizing. read more

Go elsewhere, we had an MRI done here for a hip injury. They had it "read" and nothing was found. After weeks of ongoing pain we requested the MRI and went to another practice in Franklin well known for treating athletes. The doctor said it was the worst quality MRI he had seen and it didn't even cover the location of injury. The new doctor was able to identify the issue within minutes with a quality X-ray. We fought the $1352.00 bill since the image was of poor quality and didn't cover the location injury. Of course they rejected our request and forced us to pay the bill. We will NEVER go back and I would suggest others seek better educated and equipped practices. read more

Courteous staff but there is no need to arrive early. Been here several times and have never been seen at appt time, always 20+ min later. On most recent visit was seen 40 min. after scheduled appt time. read more

Got an MRI done here. The staff wasn't rude, but definitely not overly friendly. Waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time before they called me back. Not that that's crazy long for a medical facility, but still longer than I'd like. Got handed a disc with the MRI images that doesn't work on my computer and was told they have no other options for sending me the images - just "take them to your doctor," which I'll do but would like to have copies for my own records. I just find it ironic that I seem to have better technology on my phone to convert, print, or screen shot an image than an imaging center has. Again, not a big deal, but ultimately a two star review because I'm tired of medical facilities not being held to the same standards as other businesses. There are plenty of good doctors offices, etc. that manage to have exemplary business practices, but there are far more that aren't concerned about it because they simply don't have to be. This seems to be one of the latter. read more

This is ridiculous! The staff was extremely rude. Very short to the point. I felt as if I was just a number here. I am having a pelvic ultra sound so I had to hold my bladder. They had no rush! I have held it in for an hour! I will not be coming back read more

Very friendly and helpful. I was in so much pain when I arrived and the front desk and technician were so kind. The technician even expedited the reading and gave me a disk to take with me in case I ended up in the ER, which I did. Just by telling me to wait a few more minutes and providing the scan results to me to take with me to the ER, saved a ton of time and money. They also sent the info to my orthopedic doctor and primary doctor that same day. read more

I'm so glad my neurologist had recommended this place! I love it even more that it's not too far from my home. I've been to SH Imaging about four times now and have never had a problem. Yes, the wait time can be between 15-20 minutes after your actual appointment time, but that's typical at all medical offices. The employees have always been helpful and polite. read more
