It's plush, open and forgiveable....The back 9 is COMPLETELY different. Some hills, blind shots, tight fairways, and a challenge. If it weren't for the 50 Minute drive, this would be my home course. The maintenance is very good with tee boxes and fairways in very good shape, and the greens were nearly perfect. They were also lightning fast, which was frustrating and fun at the same time. Green fees were quite affordable, particularly given the quality of the course itself. The scenic quality of the course really added to the experience. Almost every hold had its own beautiful vista. Beware of the many doglegs/blind shots you will have. Try this course if you find yourself anywhere nearby.

I went ahead and booked anyway, and I'm glad I did. I had a great experience. Got paired with 2 pretty experienced golfers that didn't mind a newbie tagging along. The course is beautiful. They have one 18 hole course and a putting green but that's it. No driving range. They also have a clubhouse that has some snacks and beers but super laid back. Kind of like a concession stand. I think this is a great place to start off if you are learning to golf. Not strict on the dress code either. Can't wait to go back!
