Best service & gel mani I've had in the area! I called in a pinch asking for a late appt and they kindly accommodated me to come in as their last appt of the day, the same day I called!!! Got an awesome shoulder massage during the mani, an impeccable gel manicure, & it lasted over 2 weeks which never happens to me, even with gels! Day 15 with gel, after cleaning, painting, etc. with my hands, they still looked awesome! Removed only cuz nails were growing out & wanted to switch colors! Clean & so friendly too! I went for the first time last weekend and loved it. It has been over a year since I got my nails done. The place was extremely clean and the staff was friendly. My twin sister and I celebrated our birthday here yesterday. We were treated like queens without any knowledge that it was birthday until the end when they provided my sister and I gifts (lotion) as first-timers. It was so wonderful when they displayed a birthday message on their screen and sung happy birthday. What a treat! I will absolutely be returning for many reasons - the massages (foot, hand and back) were relaxing and the Covid safety precautions made me feel very comfortable. I don't normally write reviews, but this place really deserves one. On Saturday afternoon, I decided at the last minute to get a pedicure, I called to make an appointment, and they were able to fit me in. I arrived early for my appointment because I couldn't remember if I scheduled it for 2:15pm or 2:30pm. Unfortunately, I did schedule for 2:30pm and due to COVID, no one is allowed to wait in the waiting area of the salon, so I had to wait in my car until they were ready for me. Which is understandable. Once my appointment time had come, someone came to my car to let me know they were ready for me. I haven't been to the salon since COVID and I really like the safety precautions they have in place to keep everyone safe. Not only do they have guards up between the stations, but they also do temperature checks at the door. This place is very friendly and welcoming, I could tell from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted with a smile. My pedicure was by far one of the best one that I have received. The manicurist took her time and gave a wonderful massage. I could have literally fallen asleep. I left with my toes and feet looking and feeling amazing. This was probably the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. I made an appointment to get a pedicure and a fill, and told them it would take me a bit to get there and the woman on the phone said it was fine. When I showed up, they told me they didn't have time for me. The woman at the desk gave me a coupon for 20% off so I decided I'd give them a second chance and made an appointment for the next day. So the next day I go in and they made a joke about me being on time. I brushed it off and they told me to pick a color so I picked a gel color. Then they made a fuss because I was getting a pedicure and I picked a gel color instead of a regular color. Fast forward to my manicure and they didn't even know I was getting a fill even though I specifically said that when I made the appointment. The woman doing my nails filed off my acrylics and started putting gel polish on and I told her I was supposed to be getting a fill and there was a huge fuss over that as well. I've never had such a problem and had manicurists be so careless. Needless to say I will not be going back. read more

I've been meaning to review this place since my visit there in the fall (October 2013). My friend and I wanted to get our nails done for her wedding. We decided to do this last minute and called up and were able to get an appointment almost right away. The place was clean and spacious and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was the best manicure I've ever had. I didn't do gels or anything fancy and it lasted for 2 weeks without chipping. The extra pampering you get is wonderful and the price is extremely reasonable. I have since recommended them several times and will be going back soon. They're not too far but it's a little out of the way so I've tried other salons closer to my home and they just don't do compare. I know it's been several months since I was there but I'm hoping for another wonderful experience when I go in next. Which will be soon to fix the crap manicure I just got about a week ago elsewhere. read more

I love the ladies at Spring House Nail! They greet you like an old friend every time, and they are exceptionally skilled at manicures. My regular manicurist is Joy, who is warm, helpful, and understands (unlike some manicurists at other salons) that I like my nails shorter than most women. Joy is gentle, quick, and leaves me looking perfectly polished and professional every time. What's more, when the manicurists aren't busy with other customers, they'll give you a complimentary massage during your manicure -- what a treat! The salon smells pleasant (not like chemicals), and their pricing is competitive. Spring House Nail has become my only salon. I adore them! read more

Best Pedicure I ever had! I have been getting my nails done for many years. Although I do not live in the area, I was meeting up w/ some friends & decided to find a nail salon close. I am so happy that I chose this place. I had a spa pedi and a refill with a design polish. I will admit that it was more costly than any other salon I have been too..........however, the spa pedi was an hour and during my nail refill I was giving a relaxing back massage.
