Dr.Leia Jackson and staff are awesome. I needed some emergency work done and I was so scared because I have negative tolerance to pain. I live in Pearland,Tx and her office is in Spring, Tx which is a 58 minute drive which is worth every minute and second of the drive. The state of the art office and the wonderful staff made it very comfortable for me. I forgot I was having my tooth pulled. All that week prior to my appointment , I tried to cancel and Dr.Jackson talked me through the entire process on a daily basis what I would expect before and after the procedure. The day of I was so nervous she told me anytime during the process we can take a break she just wanted me to be comfortable. Scam!! Avoid this office!! Just moved to Houston and was looking for a new dentist. Was there for about 90 minutes for my routine every 6 month cleaning and they cleaned zero teeth! I should've know that the place was a scam when the dentist themselves bought me back and her first question before even looking at my teeth was have you ever had a deep cleaning. During the periodontal exam to measure the gum pocket depth I had almost all 1, 2, and 3s (good) and just a couple 4s (bad) in the back corners. The dentist said this was a sign of early periodontal disease and justification to refuse to do a normal cleaning (free on ins) and to do a deep cleaning (not covered) every 3 months (not 6) for over $800. Would not recommend, someone with less healthcare knowledge would be easily scammed by this dentist! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Brough my wife here, they recommended an apico and a root canal. Set it up for 3 weeks later because that's when the surgeon that does apico would be there. We arrive. Take her back, they gave me the price everything was going to be, including the apico. I leave. My wife texts me 5 min later "they don't even do apicos here." Wtf. That's the reason we waited 3 weeks while she was in severe pain. They gave us a price for an apico and an appointment 3 weeks out and then said they don't do those, only root canals. Well how did you have a price for it? It's like if I went to ColdStone and ordered a hamburger and they said $12. Is this even real life? My experience with this company has been a nightmare recently. I rarely ever do negative reviews; however I think the public should hear of others' experience to help them when making an important decision with their oral care. So, to date, I had been coming to this office for two years (for dental care and orthodontic services). The first year was phenomenal. I loved just about every experience, and if I ever didn't, it was never enough disappointment to write a review to share publicly (plus I'm a fair person in that I'm understanding & forgivable of others as I'd want to receive forgiveness in any mistakes I may make). So I was on track to be out of my braces this May (2023). My oral care was going well from the orthodontist perspective. Then the orthodontist leaves in October 2022. The office said nothing to me for months about how my treatment would proceed (since the orthodontist that left was there for flexible hours). The replacing orthodontist is only there once a week until 3p; which is completely different from the access we (patients) previously had. I'd kept calling them on my off days or breaks to try to reach someone who could help me and I never received help. To this day I am still being charged for services I do NOT receive from them. (After I was told I'd stop being billed) I never have any issues paying them but I haven't been genuinely seen since September 2022 by the original orthodontist; ever since she left I've just been getting the run around. They tell me the office manager is out for personal reasons but when she's back I have to call the office to hunt down resolutions. In which they haven't offered anything reasonable nor have they stop taking/debiting money from me. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this experience because everything was fine up until this office neglected to communicate with me and continue to unfairly charge me. So unless you're trying to fight for quality and orthodontic care I would avoid this place at all costs. I've been patient for long enough now. And I've only recently, earlier this week, been told by this office that they'd stop drafting payments (that was a lie). I was also told I'd be refunded partially (which was part of their offered solution) but it still hasn't happened. I hate when people are unfair, unreasonable, and neglectful. They never tried to contact me to help me know what I could do next. -but was still drafting my money! Bottom line... RUN!!!!!!!! read more

I have bad experience with this clinic! I highly disregard anyone from buying their plan to "save" money! Came here for my implant surgery appointment on that very plan, they made me wait for them for 2.5 hours and at the end of the day I lost my patience and finally left! They charge money upfront, my cleaning was 117.50$ I paid cash and was given a receipt. A month later I received a letter from a collection agency stating that I owe them 117.50$, I'm in collections now for three months straight and I received a racist treatment when I brought the collection letter to them ! I was scammed and my credit history got hurt after visiting this office! It's ridiculous that you can get scammed after paying cash!!! Please don't trust them and I told my daughter to stay away, she almost gave them 650$ for a filling! read more

At first I was going to write my experience with this practice off without a review but now I'm inclined to do so. My 10 year old was seen here less than a month ago and I was not allowed to go to the back with her. I did not learn this until the end of the visit because of the spotty communication. She took an x-Ray without me and I was ok with that. The dentist made it sound like I would be able to come to the back when she received her cleaning. The dentist came to the front to get me and explained what she needed to do for treatment. I understood the treatment plan and asked her when will she clean her teeth and she said she already did . I had a problem with that but I left and decided not to return. Fast forward my daughter is having issues with her mouth and I returned to a new dentist and the question was asked about where her cavities were and I couldn't explain it. Long story short parents should be allowed to the back with their children. With that being said we found a pediatric dentist that is respectful to allowing a parent to the back. The office staff doesn't seem well put together either. Definitely will not be returning. read more

I was referred to this dental practice when my dentist office canceled my wisdom teeth extraction less than 12 hours before. Spring market group jumped to the rescue. They accepted me at the last minute, and gave me such great service. Ellen was SO KIND and understanding over the phone as she quickly planned my visit for the following day. Paige was sweet and funny as she was overwhelmed by the power flickering while signing my paperwork. The reception staff was incredibly cool with any pressure. My dental assistant Evette (I believe that's her name, I went under soon after asking) was sweet and pleasant with all she needed from me. This office has very shady billing practices. They charged thousands of dollars repeatedly toward our dental charge accounts and the out of the blue they would say they "forgot" to charge us for something and bill is a couple hundred more and we would pay for that out of pocket. Over the course of two years, we spent well over $10,000 at this facility on dental work for my self and my husband. Recently, we received several letters in the mail from different collection agencies saying that we owe them $149. Even though we did not believe we owe the bill we paid it over the phone immediately and we are still receiving letters from law offices and collection agencies. I hope this $149 was worth ruining the business from someone who's Given them thousands of dollars worth of business. read more

I am quite disappointed with the results of my Zoom Whitening treatment. Knowing how much money I wasted on the treatment makes me very upset. Everyone who assisted in the process was very kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring, but the visit wasn't worth it. I completed all four 15 minute sessions. My teeth were the "whitest" immediately after the treatment plus two additional days. Even with the amount of white spots seen on my teeth, I could visually tell the difference. I was told that my teeth would continue to whiten over a few days, but here I am 2 weeks later and the brightness has long disappeared. I'm supposed to pick up my impressions soon in order to continue to use the whitening gel at home, but the point of spending so much money on the treatment in the first place was to eliminate having to completely whiten my teeth myself. I don't drink coffee or wine, nor do I smoke or have eaten any dark colored foods since the treatment (even though I was told I could do so the next afternoon). At this point, it looks as if I didn't receive the treatment at all. I'm so upset. read more
