Very positive experience here! I had my regular polish damaged post-appointment (over night while sleeping:/) and they were very kind and accommodating in repairing my nails the day after! I ended up bringing my own polish for the repair and that was no issue which I really appreciated. Very pleased with my pedicure and overall service at this establishment. Clean and fun ambiance. Affordable price point as well. Due to my experience I believe that the regular polish may take more than a few hours to fully dry. Only giving them one star because the nail tech agreed to correct the nails with bubbles after showing her several times. This was my first time that I had to explain multiple times why I don't like the way my nail was done and they had bubbles. Will attach the pictures here. After 4 times of asking and showing them the picture with bubble finally the tech accepted to fix it. I felt like she was pretending to not understanding me or saying it is just how my nails is. This is not the first time getting my nails done I know the bubbles are because how you applied the nail polish honey. I used to go to a place in San Jose and they were very detailed oriented and professional. Since I moved here and this placed had a good reviewed I gave them a try. I would not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to be treated poorly and unprofessionally. The receptionist also was very rude. I didn't get her name, she had an attitude, made me wait a long time at the register before taking me in(I had an appointment) and with being 9months pregnant it does not feel comfortable standing and waiting for someone to help you out. I speak with my money and I would not give my business to them at all. Save your time and go somewhere else. Overall one of the worst experiences I had with a nail salon. read more

I've gotten my nails done here twice so far and have come in once to get them fixed. The first time I came in I had gotten them done at another nearby nail salon and they came out horribly so I came in hoping they could fix them and they came out perfect (mauve nails)! I was so happy and relieved that I've been coming here since. Both times I've gotten new sets i've done the same style (ombré french tips with chrome) and they've come out perfect! I love all the nail tech here they were all on point. I've tried other nail salons near by but they arent comparable to this salon. If I could given 10 stars I wouldn't hesitate a bit. I have never left unsatified with my nails. They have a wide selections on colors and the techs always helpful making the decision easier. I typically request designs on my nails and never a time I was told it couldn't be done. I think almost of their nail techs are brilliant and very skilled at designs. On top of that, they have a really great sense of humor and the vibe and ambience of the shop really make it stood out. Since the first experience at Spring Nail, I have not gone elsewhere. I like that they ask you what temperature you prefer your water. I opted for their deluxe pedicure with gel which took about an hour. Daisy was very gentle and even allowed me to compare two gel polishes I was debating on. The staff is sweet and friendly and the space is very spacious and clean. Would be a lovely spot to have a group pedicure or manicure given all the seating options they have. I've been coming here for about two years and have always been really particular about my nails, so finding a tech I trusted was a big deal. Up until recently, I consistently had good experiences, which makes this situation even more disappointing. At my last appointment, I chose a mauve-blue shade--something a little outside my usual. As soon as my nails were being done, I mentioned multiple times that the color looked much brighter and more vibrant than the display. I expressed that I wasn't sure it was the right shade, but my tech reassured me that lighting can affect how the samples look and that it was the correct color. Once the service was finished, it was very clear the color was not what I selected. I compared it directly to the display, and even my tech agreed it was different. It turned out the display was incorrect, and they actually didn't have the color I originally chose. While I understand mistakes happen, I ended up leaving with a bright blue color I never wanted. Where things really fell short was the customer service. When I asked about a possible discount at checkout--considering the error was on their end--I was told they needed to speak with a manager who wasn't there. I was also told I could come back if I didn't like it. However, after following up later, they not only declined any form of compensation but also went back on the offer to fix it. What made this even more frustrating was being told that I had "approved" the color, which simply isn't true. I voiced my concerns multiple times during the service. It felt dismissive and honestly a bit unfair to have that turned around on me. This isn't just about the wrong nail color--it's about how the situation was handled. I've spent a significant amount of time and money here over the past two years, and this was the first issue I've ever had. A small gesture--like a discount or honoring the offer to redo the nails--would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued as a loyal customer. Really disappointing, because I expected better based on my history here. I won't be going back as I am not going to support that type of service. read more

Ellie or whoever is at the front welcomes me in Everytime I walk in. They have so many colors and types of polish, I am always able to try something new. They have the most comfortable chairs (I'm 300+lbs so that is a big deal to me) and it is so quite and calm with some hip music that fits everyone's taste in music.
