Things like this tend to happen in any organization just because people are involved and as people we all make bad and dumb decisions that may not register in our brains that it hurt someone's feelings. I know I have looked back and thought to myself ,"I can not believe that came out of my mouth." The main campus is at 7th & Rangeline, but FPBC is a big church. I think they stay that way because they work really hard to continually reach out to people--not just their own people, but people in the community as well. And they're innovative; they have a campus in Carthage and plan to open another near Stone's Corner next month. If you're intimidated by the size of the main campus, you might want to try one of the satellites. They feature live music, with a pre-recorded copy of the sermon on DVD as well as coffee shops in the foyer. (Free donuts!)
