The reviews are true, they speak little to no English but that didn't bother me honestly. I walked in, she pointed to the room to my left I walked in she told me to get undressed lay on the table. A few minutes later the man walks in to perform the deep tissue massage and continuously told me to speak up if the pressure was too much. My wife and I got a couples massage. It was one of the best massages we have ever had! Everytime we travel we get a massage in that place. Over the years we have had world class massages, and this massage was better than most and easily equal to the best I've ever had. The woman did my massage and a man did my wife's massage. What a hidden gem! I was not aware that this place has been around for two years already! I'm sad that I haven't been here before now. My husband and I went for our couples massage today & they were the BEST massages we've EVER had! I say this with confidence after having gone to multiple massage therapists over the years, some in our area and some in STL. I have never had a masseuse who can apply such great and constant pressure-not too hard or painful, but just absolute movement and massaging. Most places I have been take their sweet time to lotion their hands or move the sheet, or whatever it be, you can tell they are taking up your time. This will not happen at Spring Spa! They know how to use various techniques (some I've never had and was impressed by) and how to apply pressure, whilst caring about if the pressure is good for you. I was asked multiple times to make sure it was feeling good to me. The staff was very professional and kind the entire visit. We were offered waters and candy after our massage and even asked if everything was to our liking. I'm just impressed by how much time they spent actually massaging me and making my experience enjoyable and relaxing! It was fantastic! I have not left feeling so relaxed and know that my knots are worked out! I was very delighted to have a scalp massage as part of the experience. As well, there was a part of the massage where we were given hot towels and rubbed (felt amazing). My husband had a female masseuse and I, the gentleman. Both of us received great massages with fabulous pressure! There were times where we wondered how they were able to do some of the techniques they did, their hands are just gifted! Overall, there was just a lot of attention to detail in the massage that was given. I highly recommend trying them! There are several other options for massages, foot/foot and body, etc. Pricing is fair and comparable to other in the area. $110 for a couples massage was a great deal, as you don't find many spas with this option. Otherwise pricing was set at basically $1 a minute with some bundles being a little less. They take cards or cash and you are able to leave a tip on your card if needed. As for the lotions/oils used, I appreciated that these were not overly scented. I am usually bothered by some, though these were very light and neutral. Can't say enough good! Try it! read more

I was extremely disappointed with this establishment. I called a few days in advance to make an appointment, the woman that answered the phone spoke little to no English, I had to repeat my name, time, and day multiple times until she finally said ok. When I came in for my appointment she told me I would have to wait another hour. What I could understand from our lack of communication; it seemed she was working with someone else and I doubt she had even recorded my phone appointment. I told her I wasn't going to wait and left. I would not recommend this spa, there is a serious deficiency in organization, communication and from what I gather a total lack of knowledge on how to run a business. read more
