I called Englewood road service, the mechanic showed up really fast, before time frame i was given. So he told me that starter is bad and need to replace it. I was like OK. He gave me an estimate around 1250$ all together. It was kind of pricey, but had no choice. He went to get me the new starter from dealer, came back and prior checking the batteries, he noticed battery cables were loose. So first of all i think the mechanic should of checked everything possible, before decides to go to and buy the parts, putting miles and time on my invoice. But it's ok, it is what it is,so he got me going, charged me 836$, but what pissed me off, i drove for 2 hours had to take my 10 hour brake and next morning same thing. I could not start the truck again. It was Thanksgiving, had to find another Road service on Holiday and away from my family, because less knowledgeable Englewood mechanic. Finally i was able to find road service and the guy told me right away that cables are loose, again. So Englewood charged me 836$ did not fix the truck and i had to pay next day another 395$ for the same problem. I could not believe that somebody doesn't fix your truck, but charge you a lot of money. I tried to see if they are nice and give me some credit, but they are rip off, shitty company that does not wanna help the drivers. I told them that 836$ wont make me rich, but i believe in God.
