HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been a customer for more than four years. Cost effective and efficient. My lawn looks great. I don't know the last time I saw a weed. More specific, several months ago we had an issue with fleas. Spring Green came out and applied a treatment and we haven't had an issue since. Who knew that this service was even available?! My dogs are happy and so is my entire household. Customer service is exceptional. Although we rarely need to call the office, when we do the team is awesome, especially Mila. Over the years I have tried 4 different lawn care services and Spring Green is by far the worst. I am out of town for business most weeks and this is why I relied on a company to fertilize my lawn. Choosing this company was my first mistake. Believing what David Roman said was my second mistake. I had so many issues with this company. I made so many calls to the office, I got to know the women in the office by name. The lawn techs applied too much fertilizer and burnt my lawn to the roots. I called and spoke to David and even sent him pictures. He never apologized or even offered to come out and take a look in person. There were times when the weeds weren't even fazed by the weed killer. I would call for and ask for a "FREE" retreat and they would leave a bill on my doorstep. They claim that a "FREE" follow-up retreat is given........but I never recieved one. After 2 years of service, my lawn looked worse than it did when I started using Spring Green. I was just throwing money away at this point. I had to stop the bleeding of cash. I wish there was a way to give negative stars for this review. I have seen the other negative reviews and have felt the same pain those other posters have felt. Stay away from this company. read more

I've had many Lawn companies take care of my lawn. It has never looked as good as now with Spring Green. They came and took over a mess of weeds that the last company had left me with. in less than a year, there are no weeds in my grass. Ever since I found out I had a fungus I called Spring Green to come and spray. I also hired them to spray for weeds. 13 months. Zero results. Grass looks the same as the day I hired them. If you are looking for a place to donate money this is your company. Just don't expect anything in return. I felt it was necessary to add this since I'm being asked to communicate my problems in stead of the owner responding to my wife's maybe 25 phone calls last year? I'll give a second chance to make it right but not a 26th. read more

We are very happy with the care Spring-Green has taken with our yard this past year. It looked great, lush and green! We chose to use the organic fertilizer which is a little more but because I like to walk barefoot through it and have dogs, I feel it is definitely worth it. They are easy to work with when you have any issue arise. I would recommend them for sure! read more

Signed up for new service from a flier that was sent to previous homeowner. Called Spring Green, gave my info and was told that payment would be due 30 days after the first application. An account was setup in the previous homeowners name not mine, many calls and voicemail to update the info were never returned. Invoice(s) (one mailed and one left at my home) had a due date 12 days after the first application not 30. 10 days after the first application the weeds are thriving and growing like they were fertilized. Finally got to speak with a live person and was told that new customer MUST have 3 applications to see any results, so a quarter of a year. I paid my 34.95 for my yard sign and canceled the service. Save yourself the frustration and do it yourself for results you can see in days not months. read more

Second time trying to enter. Had weeds all summer. Multiple requests to re-treat went ignored. Won't use service again.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I tried this company because it was cheaper than most. I had asked for a call alert before servicing my yard. Though the owner promised to do so, this was not provided one time on any of the 5+ visits. Additionally, my lawn was overrun with moss. I called to express my dissatisfaction and take advantage of the supposed guarantee. Many calls were left unanswered and voicemails unreturned. Finally, after 5+ contact tries, I left a voicemail requesting to cancel. After another 10+ tries at contact, the secretary picked up and said they received my message and the money would be refunded. 2 months have passed and I have yet to receive my refund. Now, none of my calls are answered or returned. Avoid at all costs. read more

Spring-Green Lawn Care has been servicing my lawn for almost a year now. Granted I am seeing results, but not the results that I should be seeing after almost a year of service with them. I have seen the same areas continue to have weeds and I have already made a complaint that I feel like complete sections of my yard are missing treatment when they come to service it. Today I stood inside my house and watched their service technician Jerry (who was smoking a cigarette when he came to my door) poorly service my lawn. He went once around the perimeter with the green rolling spreader, then when he came back around he completely short cut the whole center and sides of the grass and ended his treatment there. I can't even say 10% of my backyard was treated and barely 25% of my front yard was treated. He never came back to treat the rest of the grass with the granular fertilizer...literally none of the center of the grass or sides by the drive-way were even touched by treatment and my entire backyard minus one section by the side of the house got treatment. After putting up the spreader he pulled out his backpack sprayer and barely sprayed the front yard and completely missed large sections of my backyard that have massive large weeds growing from the cement slad. I suggest you pay the extra money and go with tru-green. My neighbor across the street has had them for years and there is not a weed insight on her yard and this is from the 1st year until now the 6th year of treatment. When they come out to treat her yard they are out there for a good amount of time and I see them going up and down and through all of her yard. Nothing like the treatment I got from spring-green and I say got because I am cancelling my service with them immediately. read more
