There is NO reason to hire this company to take care of your lawn. Their service is useless, their treatments are useless and their customer service is useless. Not only does my lawn show no improvement, it is now a nightmare. Where there was thick green grass, crab grass has taken over. It's everywhere!!! The only way to reverse this is to strip the lawn and put in new sod. I'm livid, and they don't care. They've offered a free treatment but why bother? Treating it now will certainly have no effect since it's already dying and has already produced zillions of seeds for next year's crop. Any further treatments would be a useless as the treatments they've already done. Stay far away from this company. read more

I have been using spring green for many years. The last 2 years I have had crab grass. I would call them and they would come retreat, but it never completely goes away. I was told things are bad and they are fighting it all over. I asked why if they know it is a problem they do not check back in 10 day and do another application, but I was told I have to call them back. I had canceled my appt for today and wanted to discuss a plan to get this correct. I was told that my account is now canceled because I only used them 4 times last year and now, I was only using them 3 times, and they have a 5-time minimum. The woman (Cat) would not listen she only repeated what she had said before and none of my thoughts were acknowledged. Then told me I was canceled. Not the best customer service. I will be finding a different service for next year and hope other do the same. read more

So after paying for a service I did not authorize just to get rid of these people, I get a mysterious second charge for the same day! Also showing overdue. I have a receipt for the original charge but they say they have a duplicate for the second service. Of course they do!!! Doesn't mean you gave me the original. Rip off artists!!! read more

It's pretty tough to get five stars out of me, but here is why Spring-Green deserves it. 1...You can actually speak to the owner/operator, Don McLuckie, not just a customer service dead zone. 2...Don stands behind his work..if you have an issue, they address the problem and correct it. 3...Lawn envy from my neighbors...Three of them signed on with Don after they saw what Spring-Green did for my lawn. read more

Spring Green has been a major pain to deal with. The office is extremely disorganized and it is difficult to even get anyone to answer the phone. They treated my neighbor's yard twice, thinking it was mine. After they finally did treat my yard, it is still full of weeds! Terrible business - not worth the hassle. Beware!! read more
