I'm recovering from surgery and physically unable to handle the lawn myself. With weeds getting out of control, I was depending on them to follow through , especially since we're at risk of a visit from code enforcement. After they received our payment, Big Ed's completely disappeared. No job done. No refund. No responses to multiple follow-ups. This is not just unprofessional; this is a scam.
