Visited springs for a fake tan and was SO impressed with the salon, particularly the level of service I received. I was warmly welcomed when i arrived, and was offered a drink as I was a little early. My 'therapist' was extremely friendly and put me at my ease she told me what the treatment would involve and what to do afterwards. The exfoliation treatment was great my skin feels like silk this morning! More importantly, the tan looks so very natural VERY important when you are in your 50's !! This is an excellent salon the staff are very professional and very friendly and I am delighted with my treatment. I would also like to state that the treatment took approximately an hour and I was pampered from start to finish excellent value for money, and a wonderful natural tan. I have been to Springs several times and always received great customer service the girls are pleasant professional and always go out of their way to make sure I feel looked after. This is the 2nd time I have been since the new girls started. Beth did my gel manicure wow- 5 weeks and still on i am defiantely converted, thanks girls for the tip. What a great place, there are several to choose from in Stockton heath, I was recommended to give this a try, by my hairdresser in the village, was a little nervous as I had had a disaster at another salon with a therapist who gave me a scouse brow (awful) anyway Donna sorted it out and my eyebrows look so much better. Great salon, beautiful inside, a lot bigger than i thought. Parking not good in Stockton heath but was advised by catherine on reception where best to park. Just been for a wax treatment that was difficult to find locally, found this by chance after ringing around not had good experiences before so was really worried, was put with an experienced therapist named Donna, who turned out to be salon owner has been waxing for over 20 years and made the whole experience so much better, wasnt to painful will definately return and have made my next appointment. Treatment cost £25 but well worth it to have someone who knows what they are doing. FAB read more

this is a great place to visit, the staff are always friendly and professional, excellent choice of treatments and average price, I was expecting it to be more being in Stockton Heath, pleasantly surprised - great value really. they also send regular text message offers so you can always get the offer of the week. Well done girls this is a joy to visit, I dont live in the area and was introduced to you by a friend had Decleor facials at other salons this way by far the best, came out floating what a wonderful feeling!! hightly recommend. The receptionist and therapists here are so friendly and professional. My needs were met and I had a fantastic foot massage today which left me feeling completely relaxed. I've also had several body massages too which have been just what I've needed.. deep tissue massage and relaxing. read more

Had Brazillian, eyebrow wax and decleor facial today by Kirsten. Highly recommended. Waxing was comfortable and facial was really relaxing. Only reason lost 1 star was due to thin walls (could hear other clients) Really impressed (and I've been to a lot of salons) read more
