It is obvious she is knowledgeable in childhood development and knows that doing HER job of supporting the teachers, will allow them to be the best they can be for our kids. If you want your toddler to be able learn age-appropriate boundaries but still have an environment where adults show grace, teach coping skills and allow kids to explore, then this is your daycare. We also had a time issue in our plans, and things started running behind by about 15-30 mins. We called Amy and she had no issue with it whatsoever, she was very flexible.
