I found Meister Lalla on the Longines authorized repair center list and walked in for their opinion. I was quickly helped by a gentleman who spoke English. He immediately took the watch behind the counter and opened it up to diagnose the problem. He said the main spring was broken and could fix it (but would take a week or more depending if they had the part). He said it'd be $125 (I didn't ask why he would charge me if it's under warranty), but since the timeline didn't work out I decided to take it back to the US for warranty repair. Customer service seems good here, but there is no high end watch sales (I was surprised as they're an official Longines repair center).
