All other plants in my home were healthy and bug free so I returned the infected ones to Golden Acres and asked for them to be replaced. But it had been about a month since my purchase and I had seen to reason to keep my receipt as all appeared to be good. The woman in the potting department recognized me and remembered me buying the plants but because I never had a receipt or proof of purchase she and the manager would not replace the two infected plants despite the fact she remembered my purchase. In the past we had spent hundreds of dollars there, a fountain, annuals, shrubs and much much more Had been purchased. They gave up a repeat customer whom they knew had bought the infected plants worth a measly $7.99 each for a piece of paper. I will not be returning there.

Usually we select from the already made beautiful pieces on the floor. We have purchased some amazing plant arrangements in the past - but today we couldn't figure out what we wanted for a table we had just bought. We described the table and purpose to Jane Brown. Designer at the store. Jane showed us some vase and flower options and then designed and built the perfect arrangement just for us. She helped us put something together that is absolutely perfect for our space. We couldn't have done it without her help. Thank you !
