What a great healthy find in downtown Nelson BC. My waitress (owner) was very accommodating and helpful while making dinner choices. I started with the delicious avocado toast with coconut bacon and a local tap beer. For my main, I had the Poke bowl and it was filling and full of flavor. I finished off my meal with a decadent dessert. All plant based and delicious. Definitely a must try if you find yourself in this cool river front town. read more

Cute place next to vegan ice cream shop. Hard to find,poor signage but many vegan options. Food was fresh and tasty. Good smoothies too.

Cute restaurant on Ward St, worth the stop if you have a love affair with veggies. Mostly the trendy bowls to be found here, and they are quite original. They opened just a month ago, so perhaps still some fine-tuning to be made on the recipes. I found my bowl pretty earthy, but I would expect more flavors out of my bowl if I am going to a restaurant, not a straight up bowl of veggies. They do have lots of potential though. I understand they are having a special bowl every day for 10$. I'd recommend it if you want a break from heavy meals or pub food. And the space itself is very clean and cozy! Oh and they serve cucumber infused water (which wins one star by itself). read more
