Sprouts farmers is my favorite grocery bcos of their produce authenticity! I've bought s some produce here and other places, the difference is huge. This location is not for everyone bcos they don't have checkers, all the lane was closed except the self serving ones at 5pm, which is crazy. I'm not going to do my produce there honestly. I love Sprouts and will continue to shop however I am dissatisfied with their policy regarging home deliveries. I ordered grocery's for my home delivery via their website. I didn't receive all my items even though they were confirmed. The driver KEIVIA, kept about 7 of my items. When I called Sprouts they informed they use Instacart as their delivery service and I would have to personally contact them to get the order resolved. No good. I should not have had to do that, since they are the ones who handles and uses Instacart. Not me. read more

I love this store. It's got the best variety of organic items- and an excellent selection of organic veggies and fruits- always fresh and delicious. I've shopped at other stores for organic fruits, like Tom Thumb and HEB and the fruit is far less flavorful. It's also the perfect sized store, not overwhelming large with rows and rows and rows of shelves and more shelves. The staff is always stellar and help you bag, remember to bring your own bags! First off, I love Sprouts stores in general. However, this location frustrates me so much. Whoever orders their inventory should probably be fired. They are almost always sold out of any decent quality eggs, dairy, meat, or really anything that's actually a popular item. For instance, hardly ever a selection of Force of Nature beef, but tons of ground beef if that's all you eat. Hardly ever any organic turkey. Alexandre milk is almost never in stock and don't bother trying to find any quality cream or yogurt, that's always gone as well. The newer location down the street on Virginia is much better. Regarding this location on Custer, there have been numerous occasions where I've actually returned the basket items to the shelves and walked out because they were out of stock of so many things I needed. I come here if I'm desperate or short on time after working out at LA next door. Advice for management: please look at your shelves and try to stock a little better. It shouldn't be a rarity to find milk on your shelves. read more

Love Sprouts and the Sprouts branded items, as well as the many options available for those of us with food allergies. They also have great homeopathic medicine selection and clean skincare. We especially love their snacks and sauces. Our fave salsa is Jalapeño Tomatillo and fave sauce is the Green Sriracha. Favorite dessert: So Delicious dairy-free ice cream "salted caramel cluster." The Daiya dairy-free products are amazing, both gluten and dairy free, but definitely not taste free. Since my diagnosis 2 years ago, I've had my birthday cake from Sprouts - the Daiya cheesecake. Sprouts is definitely more of a specialty grocer for us, rather than staples, for a big family like mine (hubby, 4 kids and i). We do usually just get the few things that I can only have, because of my allergies, but the whole family loves their produce, snacks and desserts. Sprouts has gone from soso to terrible. Used to go there to buy Bubbies Kosher Dill pickles. They seldom have them stocked on the shelf. The stocker always double stocks the bread and butter pickles, placing them in the Kosher pickle space. No-one seems to buy the bread and butter variety, but it appears that the Kosher kind aren't moving. I have mentioned this to the deli people several times. Might as well have talked to an idiot phone. They do stock Don Herman Kosher dills, which are almost tasteless and mushy. The final insults was their woke bag policy. They charge you for a carry out bag. Sprouts! WHOLE FOODS YOU AINT! Thankfully we now have HEB. Enough of this overpriced, poor selection, woke crap. I won't be back!! read more

This is my favorite grocery store! This location especially it's my number one. I even recognize a few of the employees and now one of my ex students work there so I've seen him twice and had a chat with him while shopping. Some of the cashier ladies already know my toddler since she sings very loud while I'm shopping. Needless to say I feel part of the community when I come weekly to shop at this sprouts. I've been shopping here for a few years now. I love how affordable it is to be able to buy good quality produce without hurting your wallet. I've noticed now they are selling organic produce the same prices as regular ones so that for me is a win win!! I may be wrong but when I spend my money here I feel good, unlike Walmart which I don't trust their produce plus I know I'm supporting a major corporation, but with sprouts it feels like a mom and pop shop. This location in particular is not very big, which I enjoy, yet you can still buy even vitamins and other items besides produce. Another thing I super love is the fact that the butchers will cut up your meats as you prefer. Whenever I'm making my chicken soup I go there and get my skinless, boneless thighs cut up in chunks. Amazing right!! All the staff is always helpful and polite. If you are looking for something and you can't find it they will look in the back and hook you up! Oh and they sell beer and wine too! We were visiting McKinney on Christmas week and we went shopping here during the stay , this is my sis in law favorite local market. I love the store layout. It is easy to navigate. All the goods are pretty easy to find and aisle are properly labeled. Pricing is very reasonable. There are lots of options to choose from. Happy to find out they offer more vegan products than I expected. The place is so clean. Cashiers are friendly. One of the best grocery markets in the area. We come here once a week to grab fresh vegetables and bulk items. I am very lucky that this location is less than 1-2 minutes from my place, so I can quickly stop by and grab items as needed. Wednesdays are the best day to go because the Sales "overlap", meaning you can get both last week and current week's sales on the same day! You cannot beat that. Their meat section also has a very fresh selection, especially the sausages. They also have great seafood specials. The only downside is that I do wish their craft beer section was larger (like whole foods), but since I am a few minutes from Total Wine, this isn't a big deal. The staff is always friendly and helpful, so compared to other markets, this place can't be beat! read more

I placed an order for pick up at the McKinney location-- 9241 Virginia Pkwy McKinney, TX 75071 United States After arriving and parking at the pick-up parking, I clicked "I am at the store" and waited. After a few minutes, my order read delivered, but I hadn't received my groceries yet. So I called the store to make sure it wasn't accidentally delivered to the wrong car since it seemed busy that day. I was greeted on the phone by someone who was rude and immediately accusatory. He told me that there was no order in my name and that I was either at the wrong store or ordered for delivery instead which was untrue. I had to get out of my car and walk to the store to get my items. I purposefully ordered pick-up so I didn't have to go outside because I'm currently sick and didn't want to risk exposing anyone else. I paid 5 dollars for pick-up when most stores charge nothing, and I was greeted in a hostile manner and had to get out of my car to get my groceries anyways. I will not be using this service again. Whole Foods offers free delivery and has never caused such a hassle and made me feel downright unsafe. I'm extremely disappointed by this service and hope no one else has to experience being treated this way. read more

I needed help in the vitamin & supplement department after spending about 15 min looking unsuccessfully myself. No one in that area so asked a cashier for help, she said she'd get the manager to help. About 10 more min go by and the cashier is there saying she can help. I told her what I needed and she had no idea so she proceeded to go item by item like I had already done. I'm okay with that because sometimes I can miss something. After about 3 min, she gives in and says looks like they don't have it. I asked her to check their database for it, she said they didn't have one so I mentioned that their store in Murphy did and that was usually where their vitamin department help would go for specific details. She said she didn't know about that and walks away. I proceeded to keep looking and around the corner is a computer with the screen to search supplements - wallah! I looked for her or anyone for that matter but I was by myself and since I've wasted about 20 min searching manually, thought I'd try my hand on the computer. Bingo, I find it on the computer in less than a minute and about that time she walked up and said she asked the manager who said they don't carry what I was looking for. I told her that according to the computer they had a product somewhere and showed her the screen. She asked me if I used the computer and I said yes, then got a lecture about it only for employee use... I asked why then didn't she use it?! I think this is another example of totalitarian mask abuse where oxygen deprivation is causing cognitive dysfunction - makes you wonder how many errors are being made in these companies. read more

This store has taken a hard slide downhill. Lots of familiar faces are gone. The meat guy (I believe his name is Brian) isn't there anymore and the meat is now disgusting. I've had to toss half the beef I've bought recently, within 24 hours of bringing it home from this store. Grass fed ground beef, bourbon black pepper marinated sirloin, flank steak, and a few other cuts had the disgusting sour curdling stench of spoiled beef. I get it - beef shouldn't be stored more than 2 days in the fridge. However, beef purchased in the morning or afternoon shouldn't be bad that same night or even the next day around noon. Did yall seriously lose that much institutional language after ONE guy left? Shameful and disappointing. Red wine has also been give or take. Half the red wine we've bought recently has been improperly stored. Upon opening and tasting, some bottles have definitely been improperly stored and probably left in the heat. The vegetables are also pretty beat up when compared to competitors like Tom Thumb and Trader Joes. Are the buyers purposely picking the ugly pieces of produce because it looks more farm to table? Get your act together. There's a Tom Thumb down the street and a Kroger further down Custer. They'd be happy to have your customers. read more

In store shopping is always fun! Produce is always good prices for organic and non organic are very reasonably priced. Most of the time you can find exotic fruits like Star fruit , passion fruits and jackfruit , plantains and tamarind. And I've found Rhubarb here frozen which is always nice but I've occasionally seen it fresh too. Vegan and vegetarian processed options (fake cheeses and vegan Mayo) kimchi and kambucha. I literally stroll every isle including their vitamin section I like getting my things in person and staff is always helpful and very friendly . The deli has some yummy sandwiches and I love their rotisserie chickens they have three different ones (non seasoned, bbq, and lemon pepper) and sushi is yummy. I forgot to mention that before pandemic they had their bulk beans and bulk grains and candies and dry goods now they have them packaged . But you can find all sorts of beans . It's my favorite market I just wish there were more of these stores . read more
