Good place to get fresh produce and organic products. I like coming here because it has friendly and helpful staff. Large parking in the front and located in the same plaza as Kohls and CVS. They have an app where you can see weekly ads. Their dry goods bulk section needs a little work. Some are well stocked and some aren't. I ended up getting a bag of almond chocolates and trail mix but I've found them to be a bit stale. Probably a bad batch. I still see some people sneakily getting samples with their hands from here so I try and buy items that are from their pull down section instead of the barrel bulk. read more

I have never encountered a friendlier Sprouts. From the moment I walked in, someone greeted me. I passed a Sprouts worker in the aisle, he greeted me. The cashier who rang me up made sure to make eye contact with me to tell me to have a great day like she really meant it, and walking out, another sprouts employee surprised me by telling me to have a good day. Wow. Sprouts has always been my favorite store based on their healthy food options, wide selection, and reasonable prices. This sprouts location is pretty big and located in a small shopping center with cvs and kohls. There is plenty of parking. The store was clean, organized and well stocked. The employees were all nice and friendly. I like buying the lunch portion meals they have near the deli. I deducted one star because I bought a loaf of French bread and when I got home realized it was stale. read more

Sprouts is one of the best grocery stores around. They have high quality groceries and products along with very helpful staff. Just their vitamin section alone is a reason to shop here. I was visiting my dear friend from elementary in the City of Orange. She was having a potluck at her house this past weekend. I didn't make any dish so I had to pick up something to bring to her house. I wanted to get a veggie salad because I have another dear friend also from the same elementary who doesn't eat meat. This Sprouts Farmers Market (SFM) came to the rescue. It was only less than 10 minutes from my friend's house so it was perfect. I'm not a regular SFM shopper, but I have visited a few of them at other locations in the past. They all look pretty similar. I knew they have a deli. Upon entry, the market looked so bright. The deli was the first area I went to. The lady staff behind the counter was so very friendly and helpful. She made sure my questions were answered and I was attended to as needed. I asked if I could sample the couscous veggie salad and brussel sprouts. She said of course. Thank you miss for the pleasant experience! Wow, they were both very tasty! I may have to shop at SFM more often after this visit. I ended up getting a container of each that was about 1 to 1.5 lbs. Prices were by the pound which wasn't too bad. Afterwards, I wanted to get the Ice Cream For Bears (sweetened only by raw honey) Chocturnal flavor. A Yelpie friend of mine raved about this healthy ice cream flavor so I had to try it. Thank you my dear! It was so so very good. I could taste the natural ingredients and the raw honey. I will buy again. Of course, the price was a bit on the higher end compared to other ice cream brands, but hey, you get what you pay for... all natural ingredients are not cheap, but worth it. They have self-check out so that's what I used. Easy peezy! I was then on my way to my friend's house. I go often for a sandwich because of the price. The ladies in the back seem to hate when they get a sandwich order. For the last 3 times I've gone it's been missing an ingredient that was clearly added onto the order. I love sprouts for the sandwiches but I can feel the hate in every bite of my sandwich. No love. I love the food there, but please train your employees to properly bag groceries. If given a reusable insulated bag, please put meats, cold cuts, etc. in them. Do not put the eggs at the bottom of a bag and place a whole gallon of orange juice on top of it. Do not just throw boxes of berries in a bag. They will open and end up all over the bag. There should be some common sense to bagging. Tomato's all the way at the bottom of the bag being smashed by raw whole sweet potato's, bananas and apples is not good bagging. This has been my regular Sprouts market to shop for many years. The staff who work this particular location are absolutely wonderful, but over the last couple of years, I've noticed some obvious restocking issues. His store regularly runs out of mini products. Today was my last time that I plan to walk into this market after not finding one single thing on my shopping list. It's a shame because it is the market nearest to me. A young cashier rang me up last night and owed me $35.80 in change but only gave me the $35, so I asked about the $0.80 and she gave me an attitude and said that she "didn't have it." I said " So you're just not going to give me my $0.80 that you owe me?" She rolled her eyes and then asked another cashier what she is supposed to do. Magically, she then pulled 80 cents out of her register. Totally unacceptable service. Never heard of a cashier acting like this before about change being owed. This is not how it works. You ask for help from another coworker first before shortchanging the customer and then being rude when questioned about it. She was hoping I wasn't going to notice. Had such a pleasant experience here last Saturday! One of the associates, Mark (sp?) was kind enough to help me find some non-alcoholic beverages to celebrate 15 months of sobriety. Picked up some delicious Poppi prebiotic beverages & enjoyed the manager's special as I made out with ground turkey at $0.99 per pound! The stocking manager needs to get it together. I've gone twice within a week apart and no pear juice. They can't say it doesn't sell it does. But order enough so when the next shipment arrives customers don't have to be asking the cashiers. Ever since they got rid of the gingerbread cookies other stuff started to not be in stock. This review is for the customer service and produce quality, not for any of the prepared foods because I don't eat that stuff. This sprouts has some of the better customer service of any of the local grocers. They're fast, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Usually cashiers are just zombies but the people here are generally nice and chill. The produce is usually good quality. Most issues I run into here were from the eggs section with often had broken eggs in every carton-- but I haven't run into this issue as of late. read more

I like shopping at Sprouts. It's fairly clean and the employees typically bend over backwards to help customers find specific items. On this trip I was looking for a specific type of cheese and the clerk got out his handheld device to help me try and locate it. Turns out they ran out but I appreciated the effort. It a well stocked, cheery place. Oh, they have good deli sandwiches which are made to order, or grab and go. The made to order ones start at $5.99! Hope they stay that price with how expensive food is getting lately. I've only ever had one negative experience, but I think the worker was just very overwhelmed.
