He explained me the entire procedure and was very gentle when administering the Botox. My initial consultation was completely free and after that the prices are very reasonable considering that a Doctor is giving it. I was recommended here by my wife. After doing my research I decided to go with a Doctor that my wife trusts. I am giving five stars. I recommend them.

I made an appointment for my daughter to see Dr. Omesh Verma. The day of the appointment we arrived…read more30 minutes early and filled out and turned in to fronk desk paperwork. At my appointment time the tech took vitals and asked daughters birthday. She didn't know how to enter her allergies into the computer system nor did she know how to read the measurement stick for her height. She wrote down my daughter was 5'2, but she is taller than me and I'm 5'3. We were sent back to the waiting room because there were no rooms available. An hour after our appointment time the doctor finally saw us. He asked my daughter's age and we said 16. He said he only sees patients 18 years and older. I was so upset. How could this office let me make an appointment, and have 2 opportunities to let me know when i got there (when I turned in the paperwork with her birtgday and when her vitals were taken). It was such a waste of time and I had to drive 40 minutes just to get the appointment. The staff is horrible there!

My husband had a large sebaceous cyst removed from his back. Dr Cox rushed every visit, stepping in for mere seconds, letting his assistants do the work. Every member of his "team" (with the exception of Lisa, who was very kind) was short with us, acted like we were a burden, and vaguely answered any questions. On one visit, his PA even teased my husband about the pain he was in, acting like it wasn't a big deal to have a hole in his back and dug around in with a cotton swab, with no anesthetic. Dr. Cox decided to remove the cyst before it had shrunk small enough, causing complications during surgery. He rushed through the surgery, and left before finishing the stitches, without saying a word. The assistant who finished the stitches did a terrible job. There is now a huge lump on one side of the 4" wound, and a large depression in the middle. The most impersonal doctor I've met. I will never return here, nor recommend anyone else ever enter this facility.

I went to this place to have a 1/2" sabaceous cyst removed from the right side of my neck…read more I was greeted by a group of nurses/practicing doctors and they measured and photographed my lump, insisting I point at the marble sized ball protruding from my neck as if it was some kind of mug shot. During the consult I was told that an incision (1.1/2" inch) 3x longer than lump was required to remove cyst. Procedure went fine at first! Then closing it felt like someone laced me up with a shoe string. After 48 hours I was able to change the bandage. WTF!! Holy Laceration!!! I had a gash 3.1/4" long, with 20lb. test fishing line stitches that were given by Chucky's doll maker. Woven so tightly that I had a 3.1/4" long "BB" sized balls of flesh, resembling a giant freakin centipede! Two weeks I had to wait to remove stitches, that they could hardly find because they were almost embedded. When you touch the hideous scar on the highest point, I have severe nerve pain shooting over the top of my ear!! That's right my f*%kin ear! I didn't sign up for this sh*t! Now I will have a nasty a** scar for the rest of my life. I will NEVER be able to shave without cutting into this thing! I should have requested that Dr Cox do the sutures, or requested a portfolio of the person who did! That's on me. I feel this was rushed, quality pushed aside. I hope this helps someone else before they are tricked into thinking I quote " there will only be a thin white scar once we are done". BULLSH*T!

Great relaxing day for our first visit to Ottine Springs…read more The place was recommended by a friend and I made reservations about a week out. You must have reservations fyi. The drive from Austin is easy and took about an hour and 20 minutes. Whe we arrived we checked in and got our free towel. The lady explained the layout of the pools and we headed to changing room and shower before entering pools. The restrooms were super clean and had free lockers to lock valuables. Once showered and ready we(my party of 4) headed out and found some lounge chairs close to the Sage pool. The chairs and hammocks are first come but there were plenty. We entered Sage pool which was 95 degrees and felt amazing. Next we went to foot reflexology pool that was 98 degrees and had stones in bottom that run your feet while you move around pool. We then headed to sauna that was HOT and awesome. After 15 minutes and being soaked in sweat we headed to 54 degrees cold plunge burrrrrrr. It felt amazing and my muscles were relaxed and inflammation gone. We also spent some time at the cafe getting a fresh juice and the ladies and frose which they loved. My friend John enjoyed a grilled cheese and loved it as well. This was a romantic -!: relaxing day that was so needed. The group all decided we would make this a quarterly visit for our health!!

Heavenly and way cooler than I expected. My new favorite spot! Ottine Mineral Springs was amazing!…read moreIt is totally a hidden gem and they are currently expanding it making it even more cool. They are adding hotel rooms to stay overnight, updating a chapel to hold event spaces, and making a private indoors soaking area. Parking can be bit tight. We got there at noon and got one of the last few spots. You just walk down a staircase from there and you will see the entrance on the right. They have multiple pools with different temps and vibes. The large main one is like a swimming pool vibe. Behind that is a cold plunge and hot tub. Both wonderful! There is also a sauna in the corner of that section. There are two other pools one has two waterfalls that you can swim under and relax on the other side. The last pool has a rock wall with water coming out and a rocky stone bottom to get a good massage to the feet. I loved this feature! The grounds are very well thought out with lovely landscaping. There are three or four different areas with loungers to spread out depending on which pool you are at. They also have hammocks to chill in. We went on a Wednesday and I believe it was whisper Wednesday but no one was really quiet and I probably could have done a better job myself. People were just talking but no one was loud or obnoxious. I think this could have been enforced more it may bother some people really looking for peace and quiet but I didn't mind. The day pass for a weekday was $70 and we also booked a sound bath that was $27. I highly recommend the added sound batch. There are two more soaking pools in this area that I thought had the most mineral content and was across from the regular amenities offering some privacy from everyone. They also had a bathroom and a shower area. The lockers and bathrooms in the main area can be a little crowded just be patient. People change in and out of the locker room fairly quickly so just wait a little bit if you can't get right to where your locker is. The restaurant looked great here but we did not try and food. We just glanced over the menu. Watermelon salad looked good. They had several sandwiches, fire oven pizzas, and some dessert options. I will eat here next time I visit. I left here so zen-ed out and relaxed more than I have felt in a long long time. It was so rejuvenating. Wonderful Experience!
