I also love that you can inquire online and get a preliminary quote without having to make a phone call (I hate phone calls!). Very handy! And just a random thing that I love - they don't park in my driveway! Sounds nit-picky, but it's important to me as our previous cleaner had a major oil leak and would park in our driveway - not only destroying the concrete, but also sometimes blocking us in or out of the garage.
