It has been over a week and no refund has been received and he will not return calls, texts, or emails. Do not recommend doing any business with him or his company. I notified them that I got half a lap around the yard before it shut off and is leaking from the new part he added. He continued to give me the run around about getting someone to come look at it. I had to pay another mechanic to come fix it properly because I was done dealing with them.

Well, long story short, he ran the mower out of gas, causing the mower to jolt in a way that knocked the belt off. I called Stoltzfus and they said they would have a service tech out asap. Well Wayne showed up and put my belt on and even looked things over to ensure all was good to go!! This was all done at no charge!!
