Tonya was easy to text and responded right away, I liked that. Once we were scheduled she sent me an email confirmation, which I completely overlooked. But the email explains what we need to do to prepare and post treatment. Marq came out, assessed, he scheduled treatment day and explained we'd have to be away for a few hours especially since we have a 5 month old. Treatment day came, and I tried to do my best to prepare. Moved most of the furniture off the walls and clear the counters. I was doing my best to have the best result. Marq came out, went over the areas he'd cover- exterior, interior, and garage. He worked quickly, done within 20-30 minutes. I would definitely keep them in mind if I need them in the future.

I have 2 small kids and was worried about them being attacked while walking from our front door to the car. I looked through the local Facebook pages at recommendations and contacted the top two names I kept seeing recommended over and over. Neither of those companies saw my issue as a priority and were in no hurry to come out. They wanted me to wait about 2 weeks. I went on Yelp and saw this company, Family First Pest Solutions. The name immediately drew me in because I'd much rather support a family business as opposed to a huge chain. They didn't have many reviews, but the reviews they did have were amazing. I requested a quote on Yelp and got an answer within 20 mins with a list of different pricing options. Wow. Most companies like to beat around the bush or give you a huge estimate range. These people were to the point. I called and Linda immediately answered the phone. She was so sweet and said she would try to get us in today. (This was about 2pm and most businesses close at 5pm. I was very hopeful and appreciated them trying to get us taken care of.) Sure enough, her husband, the technician, texted me an estimated window of arrival. He gave me an ETA about 20 mins before showing up and arrived exactly when he said he would. He identified the problem immediately and explained how he was going to get rid of the wasps. He did his job quickly and let me know that the work was guaranteed for 60 days. Just like he said, within 2 days the wasps are completely gone. The professionalism, kindness, communication, and willingness to help us has made an impact. We will for sure be calling them in the future if we need anything. Their prices are fair as well, including the monthly maintenance packages. They blow the big chain company that starts with a "D" out of the water for sure. If you have any kind of pest issues, definitely give them a call. I promise you they will treat you better than the big guys will. We will recommend them any chance we get.

And when I woke up one morning with 7 spider bites on ONE arm, I knew it was time to call the professionals! Plus the photos of the bites scared the hell out of my poor mother. I just didn't pull the trigger blindly. Adscot came highly recommended from my fence guy at Gates Are Us (now AGS). He said he had been using them for years, then ironically a few days later a worker installing my Solar who had a spider problem at his home recommend them also!! So I tell my husband that I "think" this HUGE creature might be a Camel Spider! That's when my trademark clueless husband announced ...."Oh yeah, as the exterminator was spraying outside he said he thought he saw a bunch of long legged baby CAMEL SPIDERS!!!" EEeeWWWEE :( Now he tells me, GREAT TIMING, right?!? :( I really appreciate an exterminator that could tell the spider species... even as a baby!! But it doesn't matter much as I probably will not be going out into my back yard E V E R, lol! Regardless if they all die or not....we'll just go buy the Bar-B-Q this fourth of July, he he! Looks real nice. He put a cage trap out with water and bird feed for them if they get inside. He did pest control around my home and in dirt area where the ants go crazy. I need to call him back out for some more ant hills that I discovered. It's around where our garbage cans are and they overtake the trash! I hired him for a pest control on a regular basis.
