I learned about my city's (Fullerton) numerous opportunities for large item pick ups and extra trash pick ups (for an added fee) in the process. I became a familiar face at our local disposal place, which I (don't laugh) was kinda nervous about going to before, and that's why so many things didn't get "dumped." Our garage now has useable totes and shelves and designated spaces for items we truly need and use for our home and life.
