We called them and they came out pretty quickly to assess the tree to give us a quote. On the day they came to cut the tree down, we asked them if they could give us a quote on another neighbor's tree and trimming the limbs off that tree as well. Not only did they fail to communicate that they needed to reschedule, they didn't answer or respond to our repeated calls on Tuesday-Thursday trying to figure out what was going on. So, they show up on Friday morning unannounced and not a single apology or explanation was offered. We were also hassled by the shady guy who ground up our tree stump. He demanded - and I do mean demanded! - we pay in cash. Understandable for a small business owner, but don't be a dick about it!
