I was surprised to find that Marimekko also sells fabrics by the meter as well as the ready to wear…read moreclothes I expected. In the back of the shop there is a fabric room where you can find lovely cotton and oilcloth prints. The fabric prices are around 400 SEK per meter. I purchased a pretty navy and white floral print and the shopkeeper told me the design story of the print which was a nice bonus.
