The car arrived with four wildly different tyre pressures, so much so that the moment I turned on…read morethe ignition, a warning light on the dashboard came on saying "check tyre pressures". Two tyres (one on the front and one at the rear) were over inflated and two under-inflated, one nearly flat. I sent the delivery driver off to a garage to get them sorted before accepting the car. Five weeks later I've received a bank statement showing that they've withheld a chunk of my deposit, despite the car being off-hired nearly four hours early, with more fuel in the tank than when I got it and in better condition than when it arrived. I've no idea why; the paperwork that was signed off when the car was collected by their driver confirms that I had no charges to pay. Not impressed.
