People at the various desks are not very friendly. I have been there for several departments and I was not amused by the women at the desks. With no exception not very service minded and certainly not friendly.
Also regarding my father who had to stay in the hospital. They never did what we agreed upon. The organization is terrible. No one knows what the other is or isn't doing. Horrible!!
Heel onvriendelijk en chagrijnig personeel (aan meerdere balies en vooral qua verpleging) en buitengewoon slechte communicatie intern en naar patient. Niemand weet van de ander waar hij/zij mee bezig is. Afspraken worden bij herhaling NIET nagekomen. Je moet voortdurend overal zelf achteraan. Waardeloos en buitengewoon slecht qua organisatie. Ik ben verbijsterd over de hele gang van zaken daar. read more
