Initial visit after surgery felt "rushed"- 3 weeks after surgery stitches were hastily removed, 4…read moreweeks later I found a 1/2" piece imbedded in my toe causing an infection. 6 weeks after surgery I had foot unwrapped again to remove rods to correct hammer toes. This was also done hastily, the dr opted to just grab my toes with his fingers and pull them out, versus using a sterilized tool. ( this was after touching keyboards and iPad that another physician is on during all appointments. I was not given after care instructions, I was not told what I needed to do to continue with the healing process, I was not told how long to expect anything- or when I may be able to wear a shoe. An appointment was made for 2 Months from my 2nd visit. There was no recommendation of physical therapy, stretching, nothing... no word when I may anticipate to return to work... just nothing. I have severe swelling and discoloration accompanied by severe burning and pain on the top of the foot up into the leg. I had a positive experience over 17 years ago with the opposite foot, but this has been a nightmare. I have never felt more like a $$$$, then a human. I was recommended to purchase a compression sleeve that is 47 dollars in office. It can be purchased for 6 dollars at a pharmacy. I was told I needed a hammer to strap to hold toe in place after surgery... that was $36 dollars in office, and can be found at pharmacy or online for 6 dollars. I was "recommended" a CBD cream for pain that was in the realm of $130 in office. I didn't bother with this product. I also was recommended a foot soak that is over $100 in office. I got the same thing online for $15. I also was required to get a plasm flow machine. That was $200 in office. Online they are about the same- be aware - your insurance WILL NOT cover this either.

I presented to this facility on a Sunday morning due to a visibly protruding collarbone accompanied…read moreby significant pain and markedly limited range of motion. I waited approximately 2.5 hours before being seen by a physician assistant. During this time, nursing staff demonstrated concerning lack of attention to detail, as they were unable to locate my chart in MyChart/Epic and were instead reviewing another patient's record. I had to point out that they were viewing a different individual's chart, which represents, at minimum, a potential HIPAA violation. When I was eventually seen by Kelly, PA-C, my concerns were dismissed. I was told my pain was essentially unfounded and that my symptoms were due to "frozen shoulder," with a recommendation for physical therapy. There was no meaningful assessment, acknowledgment of my reported symptoms, or consideration of alternative diagnoses. Her demeanor was rude, dismissive, and lacked any semblance of professional bedside manner. Given my persistent symptoms, I sought a second opinion. This ultimately resulted in complex surgical intervention on 12/30/2025, including: Open subpectoral biceps tenodesis Open distal clavicle excision Open coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction and acromioclavicular ligament reconstruction with allograft These findings and procedures clearly contradict the assessment I received at your facility. This experience represents the second, possibly third, significant negative encounter I have had at this location. Due to the pattern of dismissive care and lack of professionalism, I will not return. I strongly believe this provider's conduct warrants review and corrective action, as dismissing patient concerns in a case requiring this level of surgical intervention is unacceptable and potentially harmful.

Tried to schedule physical therapy before my surgery and they would not do anything without DR orders in hand. After the surgery, I tried to schedule therapy, and they were over two weeks out.
