There is a huge waiting area and people coming and going out of various doors. I was impressed with the staff's efficiency and warm friendly manner as we limp or crawl in for our high sprains or meniscus tear. Gotta love the multidimensional X-rays or perhaps a trip to the massive MRI center down the road. The specialists go into infinite detail on the scope of the injury and what to do going forward. So great, here's hoping I can go without injuring myself 220 miles out of town so I can really check in. Perhaps Yelp can find away to delete a faulty check in.

I can see why people may get addicted to pain pills if they have to wait that long for treatment. I only take pain meds the first couple days when the pain is most excruciating, then I suffer and wait...So I would give PN&B a higher rating if not for the fact that I am still waiting to be seen.

I recently went and hadn't been there in about 3 years and he remembers not only health and treatments that I previously had, but also personal information that I had previously shared with him, including asking about my husband and his current job and health. Staff is also very friendly. When I went today they greeted me by name as I walked through the door. Would definitely recommend. One thing I should mention is don't go there expecting to have your back cracked, they only do that when necessary. Usually they use an Activator Adjusting Instrument. They put it in various places on your back and click it. It makes a clicking sound and gives you a gentle, quick pressure poke. I am not sure how it works as I would think it wouldn't do anything, but it somehow does work!

Dr Lowell is a very nice guy who greeted me with a cheerful smile and quickly got to work assessing my issue. He definitely knows his stuff. He apparently has been a chiropractor in the area for a few decades. His pressure is pretty strong and his hands are made of steel. Be sure to speak up if you want lighter pressure. My third appointment was a PowerPoint presentation with multiple patients gathered In one room. It opened with "this isn't a time share pitch" (it definitely felt like it) followed with "if you say you'll think about it, it means no." and closed with "being a good patient is referring all friends and family." I wore a mask and was told it's not necessary there and was asked why I felt I needed it even after me explaining my family member's health condition. Dr. Beseman seemed irritated by me saying my spouse would not be joining me for my visits as he continued to ask me several times why, though I explained I don't feel a need to include family in my healthcare appointments. I paid $45 copays for my visit, though I feel they were unclear about payment as I received a nearly $800 explanation of benefits from my insurance leaving me feeling like I was going to owe this amount to the chiropractor. All the great reviews on google brought me here and I regret not looking closer at the negative reviews. Please just don't make the same mistake I did. The plan that is recommended is well over what insurance is willing to cover, and it's months of appointments going 3x a week.
