Go out check my propane level and I'm down to 18%…read more I call my propane company if the last 10 years, and they tell me they are three weeks out to fill. Normally they do come out the next day. They tell me since I own my tank to go try somewhere else. Panicked, I start calling around. It's the coldest in a long time around here, and no one is picking up. I leave messages as I get ready for the wedding. Eric from Gastec calls back and after a few forms they tell me they'll be out as soon as possible. Two days later, worrying I may of messed up waiting so long they came out and filled the tank! $10 hazardous charge and lower price from my other supplier. I will definitely be using them again!!! Staff were friendly from start to finish, and were very professional. The batteries were priced a bit steep at $20/watch--but the store is in the mall and needs to keep the lights on right? I had a question about one of my watches that went unacknowledged, but I think I may have been trying to ask at the wrong time. I do not know what else this shop can fix, as they were seemingly unwilling to look at my automatic watch (although it is in quite bad shape) and the quartz watch I have that's in rough shape also didn't get looked at. So, I would call and see if they can solve your issue prior to going in. Overall I had a nice experience and would go back, probably not for batteries though.
