Our children often brought up concerns to staff but were consistently dismissed or ignored with little to no follow through. Over time our kids stopped speaking up, having learned it fell on deaf ears. Discipline was applied inconsistently with consequences depending on a family's connection to the administration rather than the conduct itself. When our special needs daughter was physically attacked by a younger student, the student was shielded from consequences outlined in the school's own handbook. The moral of the environment among students was not consistently in line with Catholic teaching and conduct was often not addressed. We were loyal to this school through a lot a friend our best to make things work. Sadly. it just continued to get worse.

Background: Our company provided cleaning services to the Primrose School of Chanhassen or approximately 3 years. In the Spring of 2022, we decided to end our agreement due to consistently late payments and the client's unwillingness to accept a modest increase in their monthly rate. During our time servicing the school, our team showed up every night to clean, without missing a single day. We extended over $12lk in credit to the schools during COVID, to ensure that the teachers and students arrived to a clean and sanitary facility every morning. Invoices were consistently paid 60+ days late, yet we never charged a late fee or suspended our services. Despite our consistent performance, and impeccable attendance record, we are still chasing the owner, Benjamin Adams, for payment 5 months after the last invoice was issued. I strongly advise against doing business with a person, and organization, that mistreats their vendors and does not fulfill their contractual obligations. From reading other reviews, this seems to be a pattern of behavior that prospective vendors and clients should be aware of before doing business with Benjamin Adams and Primrose School of Chanhassen.

Their policy of Positive Guidance was insufficient to keep my son safe--there's no discipline option. We had conversations with the teacher and management about what had happened and they did not believe any changes were necessary. Without any changes, we terminated our son's enrollment and they still made us pay 1 week penalty fees for early termination. When it was an issue of safety, they still asked for their money. I had expected better, but we paid out just to get our son out of there. He had been complained nearly every morning about going to Pre-K here and we had been attributing it to a general morning tiredness. Once we switched to Children's Learning Adventure there has been no complaining. The experience is really dependent on the group of kids you're with. The staff means well, but they aren't empowered to keep rowdy kids in line.
