The Orchestra was doing a symphony where the place would only be lit by candlelight. It was a wonderful experience and I am thankful Trinity United Methodist Church hosted the event! Before the symphony played, the pastor of the church welcomed all the attendees, and of course welcomed everyone to come back the next day for service. If I was a Methodist, I certainly would have, the pastor seemed like a good man. The church itself is very beautiful. Seeing it lit inside only in candlelight was awe inspiring!

The company i work for had an event at Lincoln Ridge Farms at the end of July. The event started…read moreinside The Olde 1884 Church that is located at Lincoln Ridge Farms. This part of the event was catered by Cork & Knife Provisions out of Toledo, and it was hosted/served by people from Willowbend Country Club in Van Wert. The church was absolutely beautiful! It had this rustic feel to it. Being next to the farm and vineyards made it truly picturesque. They also had someone playing the harp, while we were eating and drinking. It was a magical start to an amazing evening at Lincoln Ridge Farms. I remember while here, I actually said to myself, you know this would be a great place to be married in. I cannot remember ever saying or thinking that before! Wonderful place!
