There are often events after church (hot dog Sunday's, karaoke, pot lucks) for people to get to know each other. There are both very strong Men's and Women's groups for people to get connected with others. We have had the chance to meet some great people through our small group. The kid's ministry is strong and led by a great group of people. There is also a very good youth ministry. I recommend if you are looking for a church you come and check it out.

I grew up in this church and I would recommend it to people who are still on their faith journey to find their spiritual home and have not felt comfortable anywhere yet. Sermons are smart and logical- applicable to the current day and age. Pastor Paul is the pastor of the congregation of approximately 65 people. Good youth group and children's program. Wonderful people who are members of the church. Praise and worship time is a nice mix of contemporary, rock/pop Christian and traditional hymns. We wanted readers of this site to know that this church supports a loving ministry to visit sick and shut in residents at a nearby assisted living facility. Over the past 2 years, as we visited our relative there, we saw faithful, caring, and consistent outreach by St. Thomas More to the elderly and disabled at this facility. Many of these residents could benefit from more attention from their own relatives. Sadly, from our time seeing our brother there, we saw many residents get very few visits. Because of this, the ministry performed by St. Thomas More is literally a God-send to the elderly at this facility.
