I stopped in and was immediately given warm greetings, and prayer books as well as times of Mass and Confession. I went to their Latin Mass. (There is a book with translation so I could follow along, and homily by their priest was in our English language). One helpful hint - I knew this Catholic church had a dress code, and I dressed as they requested. No problem. The peace was very real here, and so was the generosity of spirit. I hope to go to Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes again.

I will go in depth about my fish and chips below but in the past years I've gotten the butterfly shrimp and their Haddock fish sandwich (which my wife and daughter got this time) and highly recommend those. This event is a must go at least once a year for us. Now then... Fish And Chips What Is It: 3 fried fish planks and some fries. Condiments such as tartar sauce, ketchup, and hot sauce are offered on a table as well. The meal also comes with cole slaw. Presentation: A white tray. Very basic but proper for an event like this. 6 out of 10 Taste: The dish was cooked perfectly as it had the right crunch. The batter tasted pretty good on it's own though it's even better dipped in tartar sauce. The fries were well above average as they were hot, crispy, and had the right amount of salt. I personally don't like cole slaw but my wife who does says it's middle of the road. My only complaint is that I'd like a couple more pieces of fish as I was still a bit hungry but that's a minor quibble and price was more than fair for what I got. Definite recommendation. 8 out of 10
