What a disaster. There was no organization with the work crews who came and went as they wished…read more It took forever to get anything done. They ran out of concrete so they diluted what they had, which weakened the final product. Immediately, the edges began to crumble. They returned and did a half-assed patching of the edges that again began to crumble. Again they returned and again did a lousy job patching up the edges. Meanwhile, after a few months, the center of the patio began sounding hollow and soon cracks appeared and finally a section crumbled and collapsed. More edges and sections are starting to come apart. There was no supervision of the workers and no attempt to provide quality workmanship and materials. In addition, concrete wash was sprayed all over patio furniture and items, not to be cleaned by the company. My complaints were met with ambivalence and I withheld the final half of the cost. They offered no objection to that. I would have insisted that they rip out what they did and do it right but my experience to that point made it clear that it was a losing battle. I am left with a concrete patio that is crumbling away a little at a time. The guy talks a slick project but the end result isn't worth s**t. Avoid these guys. You could probably do it yourself and end up with better than these guys do. UPDATE: The rest of the concrete patio is slowly but surely crumbling. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!

They are unreliable, unprofessional, and CAUSED a lot of damage. They were hired to repair storm…read moredamage, first when we realized they were not doing the work in the right order, and they admitted they forgot that work had to be done, and since they had all ready put the shingles on, it was to late to do that work, without tearing off the shingles, and the owner did not want to eat the cost of doing that. Plus The workers he uses speak Spanish and I also speak spanish, well the things they were saying, were extremely impolite, and made us feel very uncomfortable. As they did not realize I understood every remark they made, about me, my husband and others in my home. Then when we pointed out the workers were destroying landscaping, in two different areas. The owner offered to have His man come and repair the landscaping, when I refused this offer, and said I wanted my people to do the repairs, that was totally unexceptable to him. Then he tells me he will just go to danville gardens and purchase plants to put there, of course I refused. The owner started stating he wanted to speak to my loved one about it. When I am the owner of the house!! He disrespected me verbally, in front of my neighbors ( the yelling between us got that bad) and his workers. This has caused me to delay final payment, as to adjust for the damage they did.
