St Julian's Church being a modern red-brick church is not as beautiful a building as its partner church St Stephen's but the congregation is very friendly and the toddler group is good fun. Family church is on the first Sunday of the month at 9.30am and there is a little colouring table set up for the children and some toys available. Rev David Ridgeway always gives a lovely service which includes the children who love going up to help him. The rest of the congregation always seem very welcoming to children.
The toddler group 'Tots and Teddies' runs on a Wednesday morning 10.30-11.30 and includes a short service at the beginning which the children love followed by a colouring and sticking activity brilliantly organised by Cynthia. There are then snacks and drinks which the parents take turns in bringing. Do come along! read more
