After discussing briefly in my email what we were hoping to achieve, they scheduled someone to come to our home and help us finalize the details. The sale rep was very professional, was masked, had samples of the materials and colors and arrived on-time. The purchase permitting process took a bit longer than I had expected as I had to receive county and city approval, though the office staff was communicative and friendly when I called in for updates. I had to take on some of the tracking down of points of contact and form delivery, but not a huge deal. Install was easy. It took them 3 days total (1 to dig footings and deliver material, 1 to have inspector sign-off and for the install and one for electrical to finish up). I had a couple touch up items that needed to be taken care of and Felipe H was super responsive, personable and efficient when he came by. I'd recommend SC to anyone looking for a patio cover.

(This was a clear out of plants, pots, some soil and other items). I felt the value with Martinez was satisfactory, and his attention to detail outstanding. I figured the price wasn't too bad, plus he mentioned he'd fix my sprinklers as an add-on to sweeten the deal. The communication just wasn't there. I received more headaches working with them than anything. They would say they'd be showing up at a particular time and either show up late or a no-show. This pattern continued even after addressing it. It got to the point they were not showing up for weekly lawn maintenance too. It's unfortunate, considering they did an ok job on the cement but didn't finish the job. They half-assed fixed the sprinklers; I'd hardly say they did much on that end, as some still do not correctly work. A perfect example is the cement they left in my yard that they constantly said they'd be back for. They no-showed for the weekly lawn maintenance and didn't even bother to give an excuse after payment for the cement. Obviously they don't care, but they could have gotten a lot of customers off the strength of word to mouth. I can't recommend them to anybody after their shady business. The only sure thing I got, after all, is feeling disrespected by the way they switched up for no reason. Hombre sin palabara, no vale.
